The arrangement of our historic buildings forms a small historic village for a charming wedding venue. You can have your ceremony in the old Warsaw Church or under the canopy of the forest on the Amphitheatre and host your reception just a short stroll away in the Summerour House or Pole Barn. It's perfect for your spring or summer wedding. From the original flooring, doors, and mantels, to the beautiful large wooden bar, this wedding venue in Atlanta is a step back in time.

The Atrium is hidden away in downtown, historic Norcross. A step off the sidewalk behind a vine-covered iron gate, a secret garden awaits discovery for the perfect spring and summer wedding venue. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Yarborough Mill is an indoor/outdoor venue and can accommodate up to 150 guests. The rustic Pavilion at water’s edge is the perfect place to say, “I do.” The Bridal Cottage provides plenty of room for the wedding party to get ready and assemble before the ceremony and doubles as a guest house that can accommodate up to 11. After your ceremony, celebrate with up to 150 of your closest friends in the 1849 Mill. With its rustic chandeliers and string lights, it is the perfect place to dance the night away after exchanging vows. This industrial-chic banquet hall was repurposed and refurbished in 2019 to facilitate sophisticated celebrations. The original steel-framed window and exposed brickwork were preserved and blends perfectly with the elegant interiors. Owners Kacey and Hillery Cecil developed this space out of love and passion for antiquated buildings. Their mission was to retain the building’s authentic charm while enhancing it with modern and refined accents. Complete with a romantic courtyard outside, this is a suitable venue for weddings and memorable occasions.

The Homestead at Candlelight Forest is nestled in the tranquil hills of the Chattanooga Valley and just minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Couples really love all the outdoor space at our venue. Guests are invited to enjoy the space as well as photographers to take pictures in so many areas of the venue. We also have a B and B in the mansion and have a package that includes an overnight for the Bride and Groom as well as 2 guests with breakfast! This package comes with professional planning and coordinating as well as our in house decor package. We also have throne chairs, loungers and other decor that can be rented for the big day! We offer in house catering as well as a DJ. We have two lovely outside wedding sites as well as a ballroom to hold up to 200…and if you have more guests we can rent tents!
