We require licensed, insured bartenders for alcohol service—no shots allowed and no service to guests under 21. A $500 damage deposit is held and released after post-event inspection. Additional services like full trash removal and enhanced décor can be added from our preferred vendor list we provide once we have a "Save The Date. Flint Hill is a gorgeous mansion situated on a quiet lawn in Norcross, Georgia. Just minutes from Atlanta, you will find this historic home abounding with character. It's perfect for your spring or summer wedding. From the original flooring, doors, and mantels, to the beautiful large wooden bar, this wedding venue in Atlanta is a step back in time.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

The Foxglove is a wedding venue located in the historic downtown of Marietta, Georgia. This industrial-chic banquet hall was repurposed and refurbished in 2019 to facilitate sophisticated celebrations.
