All these natural elements provide a perfect blank canvas for each couple's unique vision. The property is tent friendly for larger guest counts and the event barn comfortably hosts up to 140. Our fully renovated 2 bed/2 bath farmhouse is a perfect spot for day of wedding prep. The white walls are a photographer's dream for those beautiful bridal party portraits. We also have a flexible vendor policy, parking area, lounge, and prep kitchen.

The building is a historical landmark for the City of New Albany, and was saved from destruction by the Bliss Family in 2000. The Bliss family’s vision in reviving this 1900’s building was to keep its historical integrity, while providing a practical, unique, and seamless flowing space for Weddings and Events. It truly is a “one stop shop” where clients can book their Wedding Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception. Built in 1842, historic Simmstown Manor has a rich story. Originally constructed by Harvey McElroy for his daughter Mariah, the home later passed to John Simms after the Civil War. Unlike many, Simms preserved his wealth through the war and acquired the mansion and its surrounding land, eventually owning 2,400 acres. The Simms family added a two-story north wing and moved in by 1868, hosting grand gatherings for the region’s most prominent families. When John’s wife, Sarah Cecilia, died in 1895, he divided his land among their five children, giving Simmstown to his youngest, Mary, with whom he lived until his death. The property remained in the family until 1983, when it was sold to the current owner, Larry Hodge. Both the house and grounds later underwent extensive renovation, preserving as much historic character as possible.

Welcome to Land O' Goshen Farm Event Center! A spacious 6700 sq. ft. under the roof, 8300 sq. ft. w the deck. Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. HVAC services provided to the five enclosed rooms: bridal/groom, men/women restroom and Prep Room. Handicap parking out front, 60 car parking lot close by. Tucked inside historic Shelbyville, KY just outside of Louisville, this venue is complete with secluded 9 acres of rolling hills landscape and elegantly rustic barn. We host small to medium sized weddings of 108 people or less, but can accommodate more in our vast lawn. The bride and ladies get a 2 story tiny house to prepare for the day while the fellas have a room attached to the barn.
