Mr. King, also known as Gus, is woven into the history of McKinney. His namesake, The Augustus, pays homage to his one-of-a-kind space along with McKinney's storied past. The Augustus is brought to you by the team at Local Yocal BBQ & Grill known for locally sourced, Chef-driven, sophisticated Texas cuisine. The team at the The Augustus is committed to designing and executing a personalized event that is uniquely yours, in a distinctive space that is authentically Texan, with food and drink that’s party perfect.

The team at the Augustus was very professional and accommodating. They took care of everything from set up to tear down. We just showed up and enjoyed our night without any worries. I would highly recommend them.
