A seven-acre private estate complete with luscious wedding gardens, breathtaking grounds, a white Victorian Wedding Chapel, an intimate Wedding Gazebo, Bridal Dressing Room, Engraved Brick Walkway, and Vintage-inspired Reception Hall. We proudly host several wedding amenities not offered anywhere else and definitely not all in one place. All of these accommodations provide numerous amounts of photo opportunities. The Venue at River's Edge is a recently restored Venue in downtown waterloo. Formerly the building was used as a community building before the city of waterloo had things like a school gym or a theater. At one time the building hosted a long list of events including basketball games, weddings, movies, plays, and even a rifle range in the basement. After being restored we are now again hosting events with a primary focus on weddings and receptions. We hope that you will allow us to host your Event in our beautiful historic building in downtown waterloo.

The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

The Ludlow Mansion is steeped in history from the early beginning as a homestead of a 3,000 acre farm and a stop on the underground railroad, to today as a preeminent regional gathering place for great events. Five suites are available for overnight accommodations and access for photos and videos can be obtained in this historic homestead. The Mansion's grounds invite guests to enjoy friends and family under the shadow of its four two-story columned porch or its great white pergola. The Saddle Room bar offers both a comfortable lounge around its famous sunken bar or a patio chair to watch the sunset over the Mansion grounds. Extensive indoor spaces include a cavernous Carriage Hall which allows for a fabulous ceremony space with three giant chandeliers and can be converted dance central with party lights for the perfect late night experience. Lastly, the great Parlor Hall provides a perfect space to dine and celebrate with its many large windows with country views.

Frisellabrations Reception Hall is both affordable and beautiful. Having both your ceremony and reception in the same location is also a big plus. Surrounded by pine trees and corn fields, our outdoor space is the perfect place to say “I do.”

Badger Farms, LLC is a locally owned and operated Wisconsin Barn wedding venue, custom farming business, and special events facility (i.e. banquet facility and reception hall), just minutes from Madison, WI.
