Hi, I’m Heather, the heart behind the flowers. What started as a love for beautiful blooms quickly grew into a passion for creating arrangements that bring joy, comfort, and connection to everyday moments. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed with fresh, seasonal flowers and a creative eye for color, texture, and movement. Whether it’s a simple bouquet to brighten someone’s day or flowers for a meaningful celebration, my goal is to create designs that feel natural, beautiful, and full of life. Helping people celebrate, comfort, and surprise one another through flowers is truly the best part of what I do.

We loved working with Heather. From the moment we met her, she was all in and excited to make our day special! She offered a set up and breakdown package which took the stress off! My day was beautiful!

I was initially very skeptical of online flower rental companies, but we are SO THRILLED and grateful for using SBB. Something Borrowed Blooms proved to be responsive and solution-focused, addressing every question we had with speed and clarity. As a summer wedding on Cape Cod we met with some traditional florists and initially received a quote of 7k for real florals! SBB worked with us to create the same stunning look using their silk blooms for just 2k, saving us thousands of dollars without sacrificing beauty and quality! The quality blew us away; our guests were genuinely shocked to learn the flowers weren't real when we told them! The Charlotte Collection was the perfect fit for our vision, and the blooms arrived early in incredible condition. We also used the Mostest package add on for day of coordination and handling the boxes and set up of the flowers. We honestly didn't have to worry about a thing from start to finish, and their easy return process gave us complete peace of mind. Something Borrowed Blooms is a game-changer if you want gorgeous florals that won't drain your budget!!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.8 (100 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Poyntelle, PA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
We had a wonderful experience with Flower Moxie and loved their DIY approach to wedding flowers. From the start, their communication was efficient and straightforward—they walked us through exactly how many blooms we'd need for bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and bud vases without any confusion. Browsing their kits made it simple to find colors that matched our wedding perfectly, and the flowers themselves were gorgeous and fresh. The whole process felt manageable because they explained everything clearly, which took so much stress out of the planning. We're already telling our friends about this option and would definitely recommend Flower Moxie to any couple looking to create their own arrangements.

Woodland Floral Design Co.
Rating: 5.0 (78 reviews)

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

Misha has a calling in life and it is 100% creating the most stunning floral arrangements. Multiple people actually asked if we got married in a botanical garden—that's how incredible everything looked! When I first spoke with Mia - I knew she completely got my not very clear general idea because everything she talked about aligned with my vision: a wedding that felt like an explosion of spring flowers. Although I didn’t book her immediately due to a big move, I was lucky she was still available when I circled back a few months later. One of the things I loved most about working with Misha was how easy it was to communicate. I didn’t know the names of specific flowers, but I knew the 9 colors I wanted in the wedding —and Misha got it exactly right. When I saw my bouquet on the wedding day, I actually teared up. It was perfect. Every arrangement looked incredible. If I could, I’d have my whole house decorated in her flowers forever. It was everything I dreamed of. Misha is also a phenomenal vendor to work with—she’s kind, warm, communicative, and thoughtful. She checked in during the week-of and made everything feel effortless and exciting. I truly couldn’t have picked a better florist. If you’re considering booking her—do it. You’ll be endlessly grateful you did.

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

I’m so glad we went with the Faux Bouquets for our wedding florals. Everything was beautiful and nobody believed me when I said they weren’t live flowers. Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
I was so grateful to have found Jen while going through our flower-picking-process. We got a quote for real flowers to start and it was way out of our budget. When we started looking for 'fake' flowers, I knew I wanted them to look as real as possible. I must have looked at 10 different vendors across CT and MA, and as soon as I saw Wood & Word Blooms website I was sold! Her bouquets are one of a kind, each and every piece was perfect for our wedding. She was so supportive and helpful in the color picking process, I changed my mind a few times but she never batted an eye. She got us to the finish line and we couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence, just go with Jen!

Gilly's Lilies LLC
Rating: 5.0 (18 reviews)
·Ratings include Zola and Google reviews
  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Poyntelle, PA

Sarah immigrated from rural North-West UK, where her family operated several successful flower shops. She moved to Central PA in 2017 with her husband, Ben, who teaches Mechanical Engineering at Bucknell University. After establishing her business stateside, Gilly’s Lilies truly took off during the pandemic. Relocating from her home studio to Mifflinburg allowed for significant growth, including the expansion into larger-scale operations like Helix Hall, which now hosts Afternoon Teas and special events.

I had a great experience with Gilly's Lilies. It is a locally-owned floral shop that offered creative and unique floral arrangements. The staff was very accommodating and helped to merge my vision with actual, fresh flowers. Highly recommended!

I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. My husband and I decided to have an intimate micro-wedding with 12 other people in June of 2024, and organized just about everything ourselves, including the flowers. As part of the planning process, we sought out a preservation artist who could freeze this element of our wedding forever in time. I found Jackie of Evergreen Botanical Studio and her 3-D preservation style matched exactly what I was looking for, so we booked our date with her as soon as we could. She was the PERFECT choice. She took my crazy wild bouquet, my grandmother’s handkerchiefs that wrapped the stems, all the extra flowers from the arrangements, and even some delphinium from her own garden (because she's such an angel and took pity on me that mine didn’t quite survive), and created a work of art that takes me directly back to my wedding day and reminds me of all the amazingness that unfolded. AND she crafted the most wonderful little memento for my Mom, that was completed in time to gift for her 50th wedding anniversary, just months after our event. Jackie was so easy to work with, providing detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the flowers from the Midwest, eased my worry by confirming as soon as she received them, and gave a timeline and explanation of how the whole preservation process works. It seems like magic that the flowers in the finished product look just as they did on the day of our wedding. There is something extra special about the care and artistry that she applies to each and every project she works on. You can feel the passion for her craft shining through, from the vibrant colors and clever composition to the expertly homemade frames. This was an important part of our wedding budget, and we are so glad we made the investment, not only as an extra special keepsake but also to support a fellow artist and small business owner. You won’t be disappointed making the same choice!

My passion for flowers and plants started when I was a child. Growing up in the middle of nowhere was the best thing to allow my imagination to flourish. The school day would end and I would be rushing off the bus to help my grandparents plant seedlings or pick the harvest from the garden. My parents had flower beds and brought the beautiful flowers inside to enjoy as well. I am passionate about being able to replicate flower gardens into a gorgeous design but also creating a unique design just for your day!

Blossom Bliss
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Poyntelle, PA

Located in York, PA, Blossom Bliss is a homegrown floral design company run by Kristen Adams. Specializing in unique floral installations + wedding day florals, Kristen and her team bring artistry and a fresh, organic style to your special events.

Kristen and the entire team at Blossom Bliss are incredible. Even from the very first intro call, Kristen's expertise, passion and kindness were apparent – and that remained true throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was responsive and worked closely with us to make sure our proposal was exactly what we wanted it to be. But most importantly, the way Kristen and her team brought our vision to life on our wedding day left us absolutely speechless (literally had no words when we first saw the reception space). The arrangements that she created were stunning, BEYOND anything that we even envisioned. Her work really pulled the entire event together, and so many guests commented on the incredible tablescapes as well. Also, I love that Blossom Bliss donates all remaining flowers (I believe they go to nursing homes and/or local hospitals if I'm remembering correctly). Knowing that the flowers were going to put a smile on someone else's face, rather than get thrown away after the wedding, brought a lot of joy. I highly, highly, highly recommend hiring Blossom Bliss for your event. You will not be disappointed!
