You always have the option to add your own details without any stress! Not only is the team responsive, warm and communicative, but they are seriously so organized and efficient! Since 2003, Oaks of Devonaire in Arcadia, FL has provided a tranquil setting where horses and cattle graze, butterflies flit through tropical flower-filled gardens, and Spanish moss drapes 200 year-old oak trees. Imagine a red horse barn on 20 beautiful country acres, complete with babbling creek, huge oak trees and tropical gardens. This location is perfect for Weddings or other events. Rustic Elegance at its finest. Includes two 12x12 air-conditioned changing rooms, two handicap accessible restrooms, outdoor dance floor, fire pit, ceremony site with bench seating, and tables and chairs for up to 150 people. $2,800 June-September, and $3,800 for October-May. This is for a three-day package. The day before for setup, decorating and the rehearsal, the day of, and the day after for cleanup.

I had my wedding here last month, the venue is absolutely beautiful! Teresa was so easy to communicate with and she was so helpful. It is very reasonably priced. I cannot stress enough how absolutely beautiful the venue is, I couldn’t have imagined a better place!

Pier 22 was amazing to work with! Kim Straw does a great job of streamlining the process and understanding your vision. We used Pier 22 for food, bar, linens and flatware. The food was spectacular, guests kept returning to the tenderloin carving station, the signature cocktails and open were a highlight and the special funfetti cake was to die for! Couldn’t say enough great things about Pier 22 and our experience with them from day one until our wedding day!!

We cannot stop raving about the venue and staff at the Sarasota Art Museum! From the Director to the volunteers, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and hard working. This occurred from our initial consultation and fact-finding inquiries and visits. This continued through the planning and implementation process of our event! Never did I ever imagine how smooth everything would go. Laura always provided the details and clarification of anything that I may have missed or just needed additional information on and the security staff worked efficiently to make sure we were able to store necessary items in a safe location for before and after our event. Carolyn and her kitchen/catering staff with Constellations Catering Group were phenomenal! We do not say this lightly! Carolyn was super communicative and at any point and time was able to be reached quickly when needed. I have never met a friendlier more down to earth person while still making sure that the business needs are still addressed professionally and promptly. THANK YOU CAROLYN! From A to Z, the food and service were superb and on point. The Kitchen and catering staff are highly recommended. They catered to our every need and the food is the best that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of attending business and personal events. We continue to get raving compliments from our guests about the wonderful service and simply delicious food that we enjoyed during our event on 04/20/2024! Thank you again to the entire Team! You all outdid yourselves, and we are truly grateful for your wonderful hospitality!

Powel Crosley built the Florida winter home for his wife, Gwendolyn, in 1929. The two-and-a-half-story Mediterranean mansion was built in the southwest corner of Bradenton on a 60-acre parcel of land on Sarasota Bay adjacent to the John Ringling Estate. The 11,000-square-foot home has 21 rooms and 10 baths, and an adjacent carriage house has room for three cars and servants' quarters on the second floor. Originally the mansion had a swimming pool, a seaplane dock and yacht basin. The home featured many innovations for its time, including a steel frame encased in cast stone, embedded pipes and wiring, and a 135-day construction schedule. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, Seagate was saved from commercial development and purchased for renovation by Manatee County, which operates it as a meeting, conference and event venue.
