The business started as a part-time venture just over 4 years ago in my mom's garage and quickly blossomed (awful pun) into a full-fledged career. Founder and creative force behind Floral Wonders, Eva Kamieniak's life has always been driven by her love of design. From those first drawing classes as a five-year-old to making clothes and furniture for her Barbies, she knew she loved the creative process. Marie Pauly is the Owner of Wild Orchid Custom Floral Design and Tim Pauly, her husband is Co-Owner. Right from the beginning Tim and I were inseparable and it was obvious we would be together forever. After marrying in 1980, we moved to the small western suburbs to raise our children and opened “The Wildflower” shop in 1989, which specialized in silk arrangements and gifts. Trends changed and The Wildflower slowly rebranded into Wild Orchid and focused specifically on fresh floral design.
