The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. Surrounded by a secluded pastoral landscape, The Barn exudes a classic rural New England charm. Ceremonies can be held in our climate controlled barn, on our terrace or in our seasonal greenhouse. Our on-site catering chefs will serve locally-sourced dishes that highlight the best of New England’s farms. The venue includes a barn with seating for up to 100 guests, a large flat field for tented receptions up to 300 guests, ceremony spaces, two permanent restrooms with showers, day-of coordination and a camping field, and 3 full days of access.

We are a very laid back team of husband and wife running his family's 6th generation family farm. We are rustic but also a charming, authentic Vermont experience. The barn can become incredibly elegant for a more formal affair but can also look just perfect with some simple, personal accents. Some of the great things that people love about our venue is our relaxed vibe, we are a BYOB facility and we allow any and all outside vendors. We can house up to 50 guests in the 4 houses that are available on our property. We also allow camping anywhere on the 350 acre property and we have an awesome "glamping site" available for rent as well. We are a weekend rental with the ability to add on days before and after the event to prepare and to relax after. We also have no curfews and encourage you and your guests to party in the barn or around the firepit all night long.
