“Claire made planning our dessert menu an absolute breeze. I wanted simple, minimal, and delicious for a dessert bar and she nailed it. She was wonderful about accommodating a quick tasting while we were travelling from out of state, and made sure to keep us in the loop on all updates. We had honey almond, spice cake, salted caramel, and vegan/GF chocolate cupcakes that were devoured by guests - we were lucky there were a couple left for us to save for ourselves! Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.
