My now husband and I found ourselves in quite a predicament. Two days before our wedding our original venue canceled our event and we had to quickly find a new one that would accommodate for our vendors and guests. We were so lucky to find Hudson Gardens. The staff was extremely helpful during a stressful time. The venue was able to hold our 175 guests, had ample parking, plenty of resources for a catering team, and was absolutely beautiful with several great backdrops for group and individual photos. Its location was also very convenient. The staff helped our day run smoothly and I can truly say we had the best day of our lives!!

Black Monarch Hotel
Victor, CO

  • Raw space
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $5,000

In the breathtaking Colorado mining town of Victor, foliage gleams from mountain vistas. In the center of town stands a former casino and brothel, renovated beautifully to reflect its rich history and intrigue: The Black Monarch Hotel and Venue. If these walls could talk, they’d whisper the town’s lore of hauntings, a Wild West history of barkeep gun fights, a phoenix-like revision after a great fire in 1899 and even some history with Nicola Tesla. In modern times, The Black Monarch has been the beautiful backdrop of countless modern indie films and photo shoots. The Black Monarch is more than just a hotel; it’s a destination. Like walking into a world only read about in books.
