We are a small boutique event videography and editing company in the Philadelphia area. Our experience in wedding videography is vast and long with a combined 20 years in the industry. In a constantly evolving video industry, Soft Focus Events always strives to go above and beyond.

In 2013, after working professionally in film for many years, I began to apply my interest in storytelling to creating authentic wedding videos. My filmmaking style is a blend of cinematic and documentary elements, with an emphasis on music and emotional expression. My favorite moments to capture are honest and unplanned, so I like to stay in tune and shoot what happens naturally. When I'm not attending weddings, I enjoy writing music, reading, and spending time with my wife and kids in West Chester, PA.

Few things get me more excited than telling stories through video. Videography isn’t a job – it’s my artistic passion. I pride myself on delivering a quality, custom experience. It’s not just the video that’s important – it’s all the details leading up to the big event. I plan every shot so that nothing is left on the table. I use state-of-the-art equipment and a team of highly skilled cinematographers to document moments you may have missed but can revisit forever.

Hi, I'm Denny. I am the owner and lead videographer at Treasure Films. I am a passionate story-teller, driven by stories. I love what I do, and I am committed to providing excellent quality, superb customer service and reliability. I am originally from the Dominican Republic (amazing place, you should visit) and have been living the American dream since 1995. I am fortunate to have the most amazing family, and my wife and son work with me. We are not a huge studio, but we are all about you.

I am 25 years old and engaged as of October 2019! So trust me I understand the stress of planning a wedding :) However I hope to be the least stressful part of your wedding. I have been in the Film Industry for a better part of 10 years! For me it’s all about taking a step back and looking at the wedding as a whole. What does your wedding sound like? Who was in your bridal party? What emotions did you feel? The intimate moments between photos.These are questions/moments I try to capture through the lense and deliver to you so you can live these moments again :)

 I've been a videographer for 7 years now, and I absolutely love it. I have a passion for telling stories through my work, and I truly believe that every moment captured on camera is an opportunity to create something special. One of my favorite things to do is incorporate dramatic lighting into my imagery, whether I'm filming a wedding or taking couples' photos. I also love to travel and take photos of landscapes and other beautiful places. Whenever I go somewhere new, I always bring my camera along so I can capture every little moment. When I'm not working or traveling, I like to read and spend time with my best friend and our dog, Scout.

There's something special that can only happen on the day of a wedding. We pride ourselves on the ability to tell a story, and nothing is more exciting than telling the story of a couple who fell in love and are now looking to express that with everyone they know. It's a story that can be told over and over and over and never get old. Love is something that lasts forever and so does your story.

I'm blessed to have achieved so much success with my art! My art is storytelling with video, music, sounds and words. But art is expensive and it has always been my goal to make art that everyone can afford. This business endeavors to do that.
