Dixie Dawg BBQ is a mobile BBQ smoker/trailer based out of Lancaster, KY and is owned and operated by Bob and Mary Littral. We offer delicious slow smoked bbq, (smoked right on our mobile smoker) made with our own signature rubs and sauces, along with some mouth watering down home southern side dishes. We offer a buffet style setup for wedding receptions , which folks seem to really enjoy. We are not fancy, we do bbq, and we keep it simple and delicious. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
