WaConDa Woods & Gardens is a venue space for weddings, reunions, business events and more. Our venue sits on 40 acres of rolling hills and trails surrounded by hundreds of oak and cedar trees. With over 5k square feet of indoor reception space, there's a blank canvas for an indoor ceremony, reception or gathering. There's history at every corner including a quant horse barn with stables and a historic one room schoolhouse built in the 1950's that has recently been converted to a bridal suite for the bridal party.

An early 20th century industrial granary building turned 21st century modern luxury event space. We personally craft a luxury experience that celebrates life and the joy of entertaining. Venues At The Granary is an event venue open to weddings, private events, and corporate parties. The Barn is a 3,000 sq ft building with rustic wood walls, fairy lights, reclaimed metal ceilings, and 3 elegant chandeliers to create a rustic but elegant backdrop for a memorable reception. Whiskey barrels with long wood tops are provided for food and cake service. The prep area has a large refrigerator, 2 freezers, a small ice machine, large sink for catering. Lilac Hill is a family owned 80 acre property in Louisville, NE, about 25 minutes from Omaha and 45 minutes from Lincoln. The original founders of Lilac Hill, Don and Bev Maxon, bought this old run down property in the 80's and set out to create their own arboretum. There are dozens of old growth trees, hundreds of blue spruce, and thousands of flowering shrubs and plants, which provide beautiful color and depth everywhere you go. The space combines elements of BoHo, Rustic, Elegant, and Industrial in a romantic natural landscape. So many of our guests comment that they don't feel like they're in Nebraska anymore! The property is enclosed by trees, providing a feeling of seclusion and exclusivity where your guests can hang out under our 100' tall cottonwood trees and smell the lilac scented breezes. Built in downtown Omaha in 1920 at the corner of 19th and Jackson Streets, Founders One • Nine is on the National Register of Historic Places. Its name is derived from the corner it resides on. History says that Jackson Street was named in honor of James A. Jackson. Jackson, one of Omaha’s original town site founders and founder of Omaha’s first department store, Tootle and Jackson. The mid-century modern building was formerly the Roy A. Ralph Printing and Lithograph Co. as well as Fisher Fixture Company and has been reimagined as Founders One • Nine, Omaha’s newest urban chic event space.
