The event space includes a 6,000-square-foot Reception Hall, a 3,000-square-foot Ceremony Space with Grooms Quarters attached, and an 800-square-foot building dedicated as a Bridal Suite. It has two beautifully landscaped garden spaces that can be used for cocktail hour or ceremony spaces. The entire facility has a brick and rod iron privacy fence surrounding the property. The venue includes three historic buildings connected by beautiful cobblestone walkways, lush landscape, landscape lighting as well as cafe lights. The walk from each unique building is just as beautiful as the buildings themselves.

Family owned since 1931, Red Gate Farms is just 6 miles from historic downtown Savannah. Offering an authentic Barn venue and an industrial venue, The Grainery. The Barn holds up to 150 guests and The Grainery up to 200. The Belle Tower is a Southern home in the middle of the farm. It included with the Grainery as dressing rooms for weddings. The Belle Tower can also be rented for events with up to 60 guests. Smaller venues are also available for rehearsal dinners and private events. We also offer elopement packages for 10 or 20 guests.

The Hartley House (also known as the Bond-Bates-Hartley House) located in Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina was built circa 1790 for John Pearson Bond. The house later came into possession of John Bates, husband of John Pearson Bond’s great niece and a member of the family that the town of Batesburg was named for. There are many local legends surrounding this house and it’s friendly visitors. According to local tradition, the Bond-Bates-Hartley House served as a stagecoach stop and post office, prior to the founding of the town of Batesburg. Architecturally the house is a typical upcountry farmhouse, with a portico adapted from the Greek Revival style.

Tables and chairs are provided for all events and set-up is included. The full service Chef’s Kitchen is equipped with commercial appliances for catering and serving small luncheons to large multi-course dinners. Twin Oaks Vineyard, previously Meinhardt Vineyards, has been purchased by a local Bulloch County native. The property has been transformed into a wedding and event venue. While the winery equipment has been sold the vineyard is still in tact and adds a beautiful setting for any event.
