We are a historic banquet hall and gothic church on the National Historic Register. Weekday weddings without food are $100 or $250 with use of the banquet hall. Weekend weddings are $500 for the full day or $1000 for four full days. We can provide seating, tables, and dishes for up to 75 people.

We were very impressed from the moment we walked through the door - the venue offers plenty of rooms for the whole wedding party to be at ease, and the kitchen is a great addition that can accommodate catering needs. We believe this location would also be an excellent choice for business retreats or leadership development events, with its versatile spaces and overnight accommodations available. Overall, the St James Event Center is a great value and we highly recommend it for your upcoming celebration.

Honalee Farm is located between Eagle and Star and dates back to 1922 where the Otto Muller Family had a dairy farm. The original dairy barn was built in 1927, was restored and is now used as living quarters. The silo built in 1939 is one of the most prominent landmarks on Moon Valley Road. The rural serenity of this special place and state of the art event center with a large pond and fountain, a flowing stream, spacious lawn, extensive landscaping and abundant parking is the perfect spot for your special event.
