Hi! I’m Danielle Mayes, founder of Amayesing Graze, a little dream with a punny twist on my new last name, born during the wild ride of a pandemic *and* my first year of marriage (talk about a crash course in love and logistics!). Amayesing Graze is an award-winning catering company based in Mid-Michigan, specializing in elegant, abundant grazing boards for every celebration leading up to your big day. From bachelorette parties and bridal showers to getting-ready nibbles and wedding-day spreads, we make sure the snacking is just as unforgettable as the “I do.” Let’s graze through your wedding journey together, beautifully and deliciously!

Beau Soirée Grazing Bar is a mobile grazing cart experience created to bring something beautiful, interactive, and memorable to life’s celebrations. We specialize in thoughtfully curated grazing experiences, including charcuterie, bagel bars, s’mores bars, caramel apple bars, yogurt parfait bars, and more. Our goal is to offer more than food—we create an elevated experience that becomes part of the event itself.

I am 27 years Old. I started “To Go For Your Soul” in 2020. I am passionate about cooking and have been cooking for 12 years now. I see food as art you can eat and it is a daily activity that is a necessity for us to live so why not make it as enjoyable as possible. Food for many of us is Community, Gathering, Celebration, & Relief. It is a very important part of any occasion especially in the world of weddings. In reality amongst all other tasks, it can be very stressful to plan an event and focus of feeding you and your guests.

As a Michelin-trained chef, my business is built on shattering the expectation of standard "wedding food" by delivering an elevated, high-end restaurant experience. Backed by an elite team—including a meticulous sous chef, an expert pastry chef, and professional servers—we handle every moving part with absolute precision. We believe high-volume events should never compromise on quality. From premium ingredients to flawless execution, my team handles every detail so you can enjoy your day. For us, food is the heartbeat of an unforgettable wedding, and we are here to make yours spectacular.

I started event bartending in 2018, after 10 years in the service industry, with the hopes that I could go back to college full-time, and spend time with my family. In the end, I got so much more than a side gig, I found a passion that I turned into a business.

Not your average wedding catering. Snack Darling turns your big day into an experience with interactive, photo-worthy carts that keep guests talking. Think: build-your-own charcuterie, fluffy mini pancakes flipped fresh, decadent mini cakes, candy scoops, and creamy soft serve with all the toppings — all styled to match your wedding aesthetic so they’re as gorgeous as they are delicious.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
