“TLDR Fantastic day of coordinator and staff Food is still being raved about Dry town doesn't mean dry wedding Add the Pent House for getting ready and night after Amazing value perfect for 50-70 guests I truly can not say enough nice things about the port o call hotel and staff. We had a beautiful wedding on the beach and then came into the hotel for the reception. The views from the dinning room are amazing. K (Food and beverage manager/day of coordinator) was absolutely amazing to work with. I could always reach him when needed and he made the entire event run smoothly. He even helped to fix a few last minute disasters due to my lack of planning. The servers Savannah, Sierra, and Sarah were so attentive. No one ever had an empty plate or glass. The appatizers just kept coming. We did the pasta station for cocktail hour and it was such a hit. Guests kept going up for kids and no one panic ate. Usually wedding food is kind of meh. We did a tasting with my mom and MOH and when I tasted the steak... Oh my gosh I was day dreaming about it. So many guest raved an raved about the food. They were accommodating of gluten free, allergies, vegan/vegetarian guests. The girls even remembered peoples preferences from breakfast the morning before. All of my guests felt special and pampered. The port o call delivered that resort wedding feel that I was hoping for. If you're considering Ocean City NJ for your wedding I 10000% say pick here!! My pro tip is add the Pent house. We had so much room for getting ready and having breakfast. Even my videographer was impressed. He said this was the best getting ready space he'd ever seen. Multiple bathrooms a kitchen just made everything so much less cramped and we had a good stress free flow. The night after it was so romantic to sit on the porch and then get cozy by the fire. Im so so glad we added it on and plan to return for anniversaries.”

The Ocean City Yacht Club, established in 1901, is rich in both history and tradition. We have one of the most active and competitive sailing programs in the Mid Atlantic region including bay and offshore racing. The 2023 season marks the 122nd year that the Ocean City Yacht Club (OCYC) has been in existence, an organization steeped in family values and tradition. The Club has a multitude of activities for members to enjoy: sunset meals on the bay, Saturday night theme parties, bridge, golf, fishing, and sailing/boating events. There are innumerable events to socialize with friends and meet new people. Members can also look forward to the continuation of philanthropic endeavors the Club has supported over the past years, such as Fishing for Kids in June and the OCYC foundation. These events demonstrate the Club’s commitment to worthwhile causes benefitting the community.

“At the end of my wedding, someone said to me, "most weddings are boring, yours was fun." This is because the Ocean City Yacht Club does such a SPECTACULAR job at helping you have the best day ever. We held our ceremony in the tent to the side of the club, and it was beautiful. Afterwards, our guests congregated to the back deck where they enjoyed the unbelievable views of the Ocean City Bay as they sipped cocktails, enjoyed hors d'evours, and took photos on the water. Every family took their Christmas card photo because the backdrop of the bay in the early evening was so stunning. After entrances/speeches, we sat down for dinner, and the food was incredible. The club prides itself on the catering by Nobil caterers, and it DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. It goes far beyond what anyone expects from a wedding venue. After a great meal, half of our guests went back outside to continue enjoying the sunset on the bay and the other half of the began the dancing inside. Everybody was having a great time. Planning this wedding was a breeze because OCYC provided us with a list of vendors who all did a great job and knew the yacht club's timing, entrances, expectations, etc. Bill, who is the head chef AND somehow has the time to coordinate all of the weddings at the Yacht club, expertly explained what would and would not work to ensure that the day ran smoothly. An added bonus is that the yacht club allows the bridal party to get ready upstairs, which is a beautiful space with a porch that opens up to the water. No one would ever guess this, but the Ocean City Yacht Club is a surprisingly budget-friendly venue. My parent's friends asked if we spent 100,000 on this wedding, and it was definitely no where close to that. This venue is BYOB (meaning you can hire bartenders and serve your guests liquor, but the yacht club does not specifically provide the alcohol). This cut costs down tremendously compared to other similar venues. This wedding location is a hidden gem in Ocean City, and we had the perfect day!”

“I worked closely with Chasity and Alexa to plan my sisters bridal shower at Seaview! We were the first event there and it was amazing. They were flexible on pricing, the bar packages were great, they came up with custom drink and food options based on our theme, and they allowed us to drop off decor and their team set up! They also offering decor packages which we utilized for acrylic seating chart and bar signs!”

I wanted drinks served out of a canoe and a freshly shucked oyster bar — I got those too. Nothing was too big, too small, or too complicated for her. She is hands down one of the hardest-working, most detail-oriented people you will ever meet. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. It wasn’t just your standard “wedding food” — it was fresh, flavorful, and truly unique to the Deauville experience. Weeks later, our guests are still raving about how it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. And the location itself? Unmatched. There’s something so magical about being right on the water — it feels both relaxed and elegant at the same time. “Oh my goodness where do I begin?! The experience of having our wedding at Resorts Casino has been nothing short of amazing. Nancy is an absolute treasure and pleasure to work with from start to finish. With the help of Anthony they turned our magical day into an absolute dream that not only we enjoyed but all of our guest. We had a serious loss in our family two months before our wedding and Nancy took a lot of weight off of our shoulders and came up with solutions to help us get through the day. Nancy and he team are there for you every step of the way and make you feel like royalty, treating you like gold. In a historic place like Resorts casino is a great place to have a wedding for not only the old school Atlantic City feel but the food and hospitality is out of this world.
