The largest of our ballrooms is the Grand Ballroom, which can seat up to 550 people in rounds, ideal for reception dinners of 300 with full dance floor. The hotel's signature space is the Skyline Ballroom on the 21st floor, which features floor-to-ceiling bay windows, views of the breathtaking San Francisco Bay, and accommodates up to 180 people.

The Oakland Scottish Rite Center was completed in 1927, with over a thousand craftsmen working on the project. The construction cost was approximately $1.5 million. This is the second temple in Oakland built from the ground up by the Scottish Rite Masonic fraternity since 1883, when it was first chartered in Oakland.
