Located in Moosup, Connecticut, Hope Lodge Venue is a unique event space. Perfect for celebrations, it has 2 floors of 5000 square feet of beautifully renovated space in a building bursting with historic charm. At Station 97, our restored and newly renovated venue has many original features of what it once was. 100 year old brick covers the walls and original factory equipment still remains in the building. This Main Street property housed the E.E. Dickinson Witch Hazel factory for more than 100 years. The original property consisted of a variety of wood and masonry buildings including a distillery building and a bottling plant, separated by the Connecticut Valley Railroad, a popular tourist attraction.

The SoWa Power Station is a masterpiece of late-industrial glamor. Built in 1891 as the world’s largest power generating plant, it produced enough electricity to run the West End Street Railway. The century-old property’s structural elements have since been rescued and restored, transforming it into a blank canvas for community, celebration, and innovation. The NYLO Providence Warwick Hotel is inspired by the building's history, once the site of the Fruit of the Loom textile mill. Beautifully situated along the Pawtuxet River the hotel blends comfortable style with urban cool.
