“Tara and her team are nothing short of incredible. We approached her in the fall with the crazy idea to throw a music festival wedding at the end of June at a riverside park- where we needed her to coordinate 3 bands AND bring in everything from restroom trailers to a food truck to mobile bartending. Not only did she rise to the challenge, but the day was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She had a plan (and back-up plan!) for everything, and she coordinated with no less than 15 vendors to make sure that we didn’t have to worry about a thing during the wedding. She had a ton of local vendor suggestions, as well, for everything from flowers to misting fans. On top of that, she is a truly lovely human who was a JOY to work with. “Tina was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with the hair and makeup for me and my two bridesmaids. She was patient and helpful with suggestions for their looks and worked with them to make their hair exactly what they wanted. My hair and makeup was stunning and I had a dragon clip that i wanted to incorporate into my look and she was able to work with me to make it fit with the hairstyle i wanted and sit comfortably. One point that we all said to each other was our hair was so amazing but when we went to go undo our hair at the end of the day we had minimal pins which means that she was able to achieve stunning updos without using a bajillion pins to keep it in place. She is amazing and will definitely work with you to make sure your hair and makeup is exactly what you want day of.”

We had no idea about what needed to be considered when having a wedding, but Macy had all the questions ready and helped us think through every detail. “The absolute best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process was hiring Carolina Hatton to help coordinate for our wedding day. Carolina and her team went above and beyond from the moment we first spoke through even after our wedding day was over. Not only did she think of every small detail to help our day go smoothly, but her vendor recommendations and connections actually helped us save some money. Carolina worked with all of our vendors to create a foolproof timeline that allowed us to be able to relax, focus on each other, and enjoy our day with friends and family.
