The business actually began back in 1981 with roasting a pig over an open fire in the back yard for a class reunion. Word of mouth spread of how delicious the meat was and it was quite a conversation piece. In 1999 our catering boomed, and blossomed into a banquet facility where we could catering and host beautiful weddings and events. Today we are proud to offer 2 separate ballrooms, complete with handicap-accessible restrooms, a lovely gazebo for outdoor ceremonies, and full-service catering, all at an affordable cost! In addition, guests have the option of venturing outdoors to the beautiful paver patio with Edison lights/cocktail tables and manicured lawns which overlook our partially wooded ceremony site and 100 acres of rolling farm fields. Couples are more than welcome to utilize the outdoor space to set up games or other activities to allow your guests to spread out.
