We loved meeting them for drinks months in advance of our wedding, which gave us a nice context for one another when the day finally came (we cannot imagine, now, not knowing our wedding photographers when they arrived to take pictures of us!) We perhaps didn’t consider how crucial this feeling of comfort was, but when you think about, you do spend a tremendous portion of your wedding day with your photographers. Meaghan and Brendon felt like friends, which made even the parts of the wedding that we don’t like (posing!) feel easy, natural, and fun. Meaghan and Brendon were incredibly responsive, from first to last. They always got back to us the day we had a question, and even weeks after our wedding, they were responding to our technical difficulties within minutes. And the photos themselves turned out great! To say she was INCREDIBLE is an understatement... she went above and beyond in every possible way, and she is the number one reason that our wedding day was a success. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Victoria was very communicative and made sure that were as ready and organized as possible.. she truly thought of EVERYTHING, including things that never even crossed my mind (and I thought I was very prepared). The morning of the wedding, she checked in with my MOH to make sure that hair and makeup had started on time. When hair and makeup ran late, she was an absolute lifesaver and figured out a way for us to stay on track with our timeline for the rest of the day. Throughout the entire day, she was incredible. She made sure all of our vendors were on the same page and set up all of our decor (and there was a ton of it because we DIY'd nearly everything). She had an emergency kit filled with every item that possibly could have been needed throughout the day, and when my bustle did not work, she was able to bustle my dress using only safety pins (this was a LIFESAVER)!!! Throughout the night, she made sure that we stayed on track with our timeline, and she took down and packed up ALL of our decor at the end of the night. Not only was Victoria super detail-oriented and prepared, but she was also incredibly kind and supportive. I would 10000000/10 recommend Victoria to anyone that is planning a wedding. She was basically our hero for the entire day, and I can not imagine our day going as smoothly as it did without her.”

Let me tell you, you do, and you freaking deserve it. No matter how much you plan you WILL need her. Every question, she has the answer and the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding are insane, so the fact that she coordinated all the communication with vendors legit saved my job. Day of, she and her squad showed up with a legit Mary Poppins bag of anything you would need day of. From safety pins to foot numbing spray to q tips. Because all of the reviews of planners on this site are glowing and positive, which makes it hard to choose, let me list out what she did for me as she was actually a super woman planner. 1. On my way to the church I realized I didn't have my veil. I gave her a call, she picked up on the first ring and didn't even bother to ask me where it was all she said was "no problem"! She sped back to venue and retrieved it and made it back to the church right on time. 2. After a sunshine filled week nothing short of an actual cyclone descended on my wedding day. I was determined to make my boardwalk pics happen (despite that legit never being possible). As I looked at my frigid bridesmaids I couldn't hold it in and the full sob occurred. We relocated into the venue and I was shocked to find my venue 100% set up 2 hours early and it looked absolutely stunning. Victoria had foreseen this inevitability and saved my day. 3. Oh and about the full sob, she was there with a large glass of Chardonnay, the perfect shade of Dior lip gloss and a beauty blender to patch me back together after. 4. The entire day went on exactly as planned per the timeline bc she was there! Ladies, your not going to be wearing your Apple Watch on your wedding day and you are going to be so emotional you don't deserve to be thinking about what's next. 5. We forgot my MIL favorite bottle of wine at my dads house, Danielle zoomed to his house, got in using a hidden key, retrieved it and showed up and handed it to me drenched from the rain. 6. After my wedding day when I felt guilty for having social anxiety the day of she was so supportive and honest in telling me all my feelings were 100% normal and don't trust everything you see on instagram (many brides are unprepared for 300 eyes on them). Last thing, unlike some NJ planners that only do weddings over 100k, she isn't like that AT ALL. The best planners can work with any budget, and Victoria is actually THE BEST.”

“Mackenzie and the Mack Stylist team was so wonderful for my Fall 2023 wedding! First, Mack is thoughtful, listens to you, and also brings all her many years of expertise to the process. I knew I wanted a huge braid and had some photos. During our trial she showed me a style that was close to what I was finding in my images. Then she goes, but I also hear you saying that you want tons of volume. So how about this kind of bubble braid, which is will give us soooo much more volume than we can achieve with the styles you've picked. She really listened, showed me another style that I didn't consider, and it was so beautiful. I have gotten comments about how amazing my hair was months later. I also got her help with getting extensions and then had Mack do my cut and color, and color match the extensions, the month before the wedding. I love that she has a salon as does weddings because she got to know me so much better through doing my hair. We had 16 girls getting hair and make up done and we looked beautiful, were done on time, and I can't wait to see all our final photos. I will post some photos when I get them back. TLDR: LOVE them! Day-of, James and his second shooter Pon worked incredibly well with our photographer (they traded off directing shots) and never felt invasive. “What a show! The Stompers absolutely blew the roof off the joint, keeping the dance floor not just packed but singing along and dancing their hearts out all night long. There is never a dull moment and never a rest between songs. The song selection, arrangements, and overall vibe are like the best concert you ever been to, but it’s your wedding. A special shout out to their arrangements of Pink Pony Club and I Don’t Want to Go Home, learned for our wedding, and an absolutely ripping Tenth Avenue Freeze Out that doubled as both our entrance song and a big club hit at the end of the night. All night, we kept hearing from our guests how incredible the band was, and we have to agree! We closed the night with DJ Ian playing dance music for the final hour, with some help from the stompers horn section toward the end. Really can’t think of a better set or show, loved every second. And now we can go catch them on Mondays at R Bar to keep the party going!”
