“We truly had the most amazing experience with Wedgewood Weddings at Galway Downs! Choosing an all-inclusive venue ended up being the perfect balance for us. It took so much of the stress and work out of searching for vendors on our own, while still giving us the flexibility to customize our package and make our wedding feel completely personal to us. Every planner and coordinator we worked with was incredible throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions, guide us through decisions, and offer valuable insight while still allowing us to bring our own vision to life. We also absolutely loved the vendors included through Wedgewood. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about creating exactly what we wanted. A special shoutout to the vendors we worked with through Wedgewood—our florist, bakery, photographer, and DJ—who all went above and beyond for us! Each of them took the time to understand our vision and helped bring every detail to life so beautifully. The venue was also incredibly flexible in allowing us to bring in additional outside vendors beyond the ones they provide, which made everything feel even more personalized and truly ours. Our wedding turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. We got the ease and support of an all-inclusive experience without sacrificing the ability to personalize our day, and that was exactly what we wanted. It truly felt like our dream wedding came to life, and we are so grateful to the entire Wedgewood and Galway Downs team for making it happen!”

“My husband and I could not have imagined a better wedding experience and we are so grateful we chose to have our special day at the beautiful Secret Garden! We got married on December 14, 2024 and it was the most beautiful day we could have imagined! We booked the venue over a year in advance and throughout the entire planning process, the entire team was so available and responsive. As the day approached, we met with our day-of coordination Laura and she was truly amazing!! She helped me create the day of my dreams and was very prompt in responding to any of our concerns. She helped bring our vision to life and I am so grateful!! The very inclusive experience at The Secret Garden was also so helpful. We ended up going through our own food vendor for BBQ for dinner, but everything else was seamless and really helped ease the wedding planning stress. The photography and videography team was so amazing and captured our day so beautifully. I still cry tears of joy looking at our pictures and videos from the special day! :') The DJ services provided were also amazing and we couldn't have been happier with DJ Jason Lyons! Overall, we could not be happier with our experience at The Secret Garden. It was worth every penny to marry my best friend at such a beautiful place surrounded by everyone we love!! :)”

“I don’t even know where to begin. When I first took a tour of Belle Vista. I already knew that this is exactly the venue I want. The scenery, the architecture, the ambiance. It was absolutely surreal. However, you can always rent any venue. But one thing that differentiates belle vista from any other venue is the owner Rima. If you are thinking of renting this venue for your special day, I can tell you right now you will not just be renting a venue. You will be booking a place that is beyond just that. Rima is absolutely incredible in every aspect. I have never felt so much trust and love from a coordinator/venue before my day. Rima will absolutely take care of you and she will prioritize every single desire you have. As a bride, the stress becomes overwhelming. However with Rima by my side I felt confident, at ease, and taken care of. To me that is what I look for when I choose a place to host the most important day of my life. If you are reading this and debating whether you should book Belle Vista Gardens for your special day. I urge you to book immediately because you will not just be hosting a beautiful venue, but you will feel like a guest at your own event. That is something you could not say about any venue, but you can at Belle Vista. Thank you so much Rima for allowing my husband and I to have the most special day of our lives, and now we can go forward looking back at a memory that was not only beautiful, but memorable because of our amazing host, Rima.”

“We just had our wedding Friday, June 13th and I am so glad we found Miller’s Landing. We booked in April of last year and after touring a couple venues and wanting the Forest/mountain vibes—this was a no brainer. Family owned—Kellan, Terri, and everyone in the staff were so unbelievably transparent, friendly, helpful, and amazing to work with. The communication is on point and everything was seamless since their packages include basically everything! Our photographer was included and we chose JLay Weddings which also led us to our videographer! Even the small amount of things not included in package pricing, they gave recommendations that were great! The property is so beautiful and so well maintained even when we toured it when it was raining and sleet coming down! The ceremony site is a dream, which flows right into the cocktail area, and then reception/dinner in the beautiful, rustic barn and everything flows perfectly. It’s small enough to where people don’t wander off and disappear or get too separated, but big enough to provide spaces and pockets for people to hang out in. Fox in the Woods Catering was absolutely delicious and the venue tasting was great—we had such a hard time deciding what to choose because it was all so good. The bridal suite did get a little warm on our 80 degree wedding day, but they have portable air conditioners that helped. We loved the table and mirrors so my bridesmaids not getting hair and makeup done could do their own there. The groom suite is a great spot for the guys and every space is so well put together and comfortable. Our day of coordinator included with the venue, Ashly, was amazing in creating our day of timeline, setting up decor and making sure our vision came to life. Family owned and operated was the way to go. We felt so special and didn’t have a single thing to worry about and we had the most perfect wedding day. We are on cloud nine and highly recommend anyone wanting a seamless wedding and less stress of planning, please book here. You will not regret it!”

The French Estate is a charming wedding venue that is part of a historic estate based in Orange, California that specializes in intimate wedding celebrations for couples desiring an affordable alternative to the typical grand and costly venue space. Weddings of all sizes deserve attention and care, and this warm venue will allow you to focus on and enjoy the true reason for your wedding day.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Raw space for complete customization

Venue considerations

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Couple must handle cleanup and setup
  • Does not provide event staff
“My review of The French Estate and their staff is long over due. In March 2026 we had a beautiful wedding for my brother and his wife. I helped my brother and his wife find this venue and from the beginning to the big day , everything was handled beyond our expectations. We ultimately chose this venue because it offered a Ceremony and Reception space, getting ready areas for both the Bride and Groom, and the best bonus of having an amazing venue coordinator help with the big day. My brother is a chef , and his biggest non negotiable was being able to cater food from a vendor of his choosing, a lot of other venues require you to use their caterer onsite , so The French Estate inclusive packages were perfect for making his vision come true. We booked the The Venue Essentials package that included all the tables and chairs, a venue coordinator , linens (saving us an additional expense), access to The French Estates decor, the setup and tear down of reception space and other adds were available. We took advantage of using the French Estate servers , and their venue bartender for cocktail hour and reception. The venue also provides a shuttle service for guests who park at the nearby structure, since the venue is on a residential street. The shuttle service on the day of the wedding worked perfectly to get all of our guests comfortably to the venue. WEDDING DAY On the day of the wedding everything ran so smoothly thanks to the venue coordinator , Alyssa. I live with Multiple Sclerosis , and thankfully Alyssa was there because without her the day of would have been a mess. She effortlessly handled ceremony, happy hour and reception decor setup while also making sure the bride and groom were always taken care of. She made sure our vendors were where they needed to be and set up on time. I really appreciate the care she took to make sure my brother and his wife got their dinner first, always had a drink and were happy. After dinner I wasn’t feeling well , and I was having a flare up and Alyssa made use I was comfortable and hydrated while i hid in the bridal suite. The serving staff was extraordinary making sure the older guests were comfortable by moving umbrellas during the reception , you can really feel the care from the staff and i really appreciate the hard work throughout the whole wedding. Also the bartender, Ross was so fun and kept the vibes high throughout the night and kept all the guests happy from cocktail hour and throughout the reception. My brother and his wife had the most amazing time , and most perfect beautiful wedding. Im so appreciative of The French Estate staff, you can really tell they love their jobs and enjoy what they do. The owners are amazing and I can give endless compliments to the venue coordinator,Alyssa. I will always highly recommend this venue to anyone I meet, and hopefully in the future this will be my wedding venue too !”

“The Fullerton Community Center was the perfect venue for our rustic wedding vision. Their communication was excellent - they always responded to our emails within a day and were quick to call us back if we left a message. The space itself was absolutely beautiful, with an outdoor reception and ceremony area that brought our rustic theme to life. Although the train tracks were nearby, it didn't disrupt our wedding at all. The outdoor lighting made the space glow, and the staff was amazing in helping everything run smoothly. The venue was exactly what we had envisioned, and the price was incredibly reasonable for such a stunning DIY space. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of getting married at this venue just a month ago, and I can confidently say it’s a hidden gem! Everything came together beautifully. We chose the Elite Package and worked with their in-house florist, Events by Floral Sensations (amazing floral arrangements omg!), DJ from JC Entertainment, and cake vendor, Bo Cakes, while bringing in our own officiant and photographer. Every detail went above and beyond my expectations. I'm still getting compliments on how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food tasted! Iveth, our coordinator, was incredible. She made the entire process so smooth and stress-free, which truly says a lot coming from someone with a Type A personality who usually struggles to let go of control (LOL). The venue also provides a wedding planner to help keep everything organized and on track, which made the planning process so much easier for me. The day of coordination went without a hitch and Kyle, our DJ, did such an amazing job with the music for our ceremony and the reception and Iveth was on top of everything! The food was absolutely delicious! Admittedly, we were a little hesitant after sampling it at the extravaganza, where much of it was overcooked, likely due to the small bite-sized portions prepared for the crowd. But don’t let that discourage you. On the actual day, the prime rib was cooked to perfection, the sides were flavorful, and everyone kept raving about the tray-passed appetizers. Will set aside a special platter of appetizers for my husband and me so we wouldn’t miss out while we were taking family portraits during cocktail hour. The drinks were another highlight! Strong, flavorful, and consistently complimented by our guests! At the end of the night, they packaged up our leftover cake, 2 plates of leftovers to go with a bottle of champagne with a thoughtful thank you note. I would do it all over again! I am so glad I came across Wedgewood Weddings, you guys have an incredible team! To the Orchard Team: Iveth, Will, Sara, Anissa, Krystle, Kevin, Oscar, Rileigh, Abby and Marcella, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special. We couldn't have done it without you all! And Will, thank you for being so awesome and letting us feed your catfish LOL and the turtles at the end of the night.”

“We just had our wedding at The Homestead and couldn’t have been happier! It was the wedding day of our dreams. Paula: she was so on top of everything at the rehearsal and on the day of, my family and bridal party really appreciated her thoroughness. She also was so accommodating to any requests we wanted for our wedding day! She and her workers spent so much time setting up our seating chart in such a beautiful way I would have never thought of. We had so many additional things planned for our wedding but she and her team made it all happen and run smoothly too! She even decked out our cake with our personal decorations using her creative judgement and it looked so cute. Email correspondences took some time to get replies, but texts and phone calls were promptly answered! DJ Milo: was a great MC and DJ. I was a little worried he wouldn’t play the songs we requested, as friends had that issue with different djs at their weddings, but every song was one we had asked for! Which really helped create the vibe we were looking for on our wedding day. He also flawlessly looped songs when some activities ran a bit too long. Haverland catering: the food was delicious and the portions were HUGE! I didn’t hear any complaints about being hungry. Desserts: pie and cake were both included in the package! And we had so much left over which was great because I wasn’t really able to eat much on the actual wedding day. They also let us bring macarons for an extra dessert table, and set it all up for us! Photobooth and late night treat: the guests always had something to do! Even if they weren’t interested in the dance floor. There was also areas to sit and talk peacefully away from the music. Bride whisperer: I even forgot about this until the day of the wedding! But I had an attendant with me the whole time to hold onto my bouquet when needed, get me water or drinks or food, and help me with my 3 costume changes. Dora: was so helpful in the girls cottage in the morning! Checking up on us every 15 minutes. And when the flower girl petals did not match the color scheme of the event, she and Paula went to get different petals. They really cared about all the little details! Florals: the flowers and table settings were beautiful, although not exactly what I was expecting. We had discussed moss for the tables but did not end up having it on the day of. Not a big deal, and the guests all thought the florals were beautiful. Bar Tender: was amazing! This venue is so good because it is BYOB. We were able to have 3 signature cocktails and she helped me to create the recipes and buy the proper amounts of ingredients. I was texting her back and forth making changes and tweaking the recipes until it was just right! She was always very responsive. The guests loved the drinks! The venue: speaks for itself, it is so beautiful! Our guests did not understand why we were getting married in Oak Glen, but once they were there they all understood. Also, when we booked the venue I was not thinking of this but it is ADA accessible. I ended up getting injured and needing knee surgery before the wedding so having an accessible venue was a great plus!”

“The Heritage Museum of OC is a beautiful little gem in Santa Ana. My husband and I knew after our first tour of the grounds that this was our wedding venue. We have zero regrets. It’s a gorgeous space! The house is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained year-round. Not only that, but the staff at the museum are so wonderful and easy to work with. Kaitlyn was our venue coordinator and she was fantastic from day one. She answered all of my endless questions throughout the wedding planning process and was always incredibly patient, helpful and kind. She really calmed my nerves the night before and the day of the wedding. The venue was also super flexible with last minute rainstorms. The canopies didn’t take away from how beautiful the venue is.
