We specialize in high-end wedding cakes inspired by nature, fine art, and unique textures and patterns. Our name comes from the comic ballet Coppélia- The Girl with the Enamel Eyes. Ballet has been a major part of Kenzie's life since the age of five. She fell in love with the story of Coppélia through her countless hours in the dance studio. When choosing a name it only made sense to combine her two passions of dance and sugar art, and so became Coppélia Cake Design.

I have always had a passion for baking and creating beautiful desserts so I decided to turn my passion into a career! Phresh Baked Goods is owned and operated in Denver, Colorado by Chelsea Berman, a professionally trained pastry chef with nearly 15 years of experience. Chelsea started Phresh Baked Goods in 2020 after leaving a previous full-time pastry chef position at a local successful high-volume catering company. Chelsea enjoys bringing joy to people through food by creating highly customized, luxury edible works of art for life's best occasions.

I live in Glenwood Springs with my husband and two little boys, Jameson and Dax, and we love to go Jeeping and camping whenever we can! I’ve been doing wedding cakes for about 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts! Its truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a small part in such big events in people’s lives.
