“The best wedding that I could have asked for! When me and my fiancé (now husband) had starting looking for wedding venue's they were all saying the minimum down payment would be anywhere from fifteen to twenty thousand dollars! Now, I know that weddings are not cheap but I felt like those other venue's were trying to take advantage of the fact that I wanted to host my wedding at a very nice place. But! Then we found Regency Garden. Tony and Linda (the owners of the venue) were so kind and welcoming, they helped walk us through every step of the process. They have an all inclusive package which I highly recommend since it was a fraction of the cost of almost every vendor. The scene was set up exactly like we wanted it to be. They listened, answered all of our questions at the latest 24 hours later and were always letting us know that our voices were heard. This venue and the staff will take all the stress off of your shoulders as you just show up and pick what you like and what you want. You won't lose any hair or turn gray, you'll only have excitement for the special day! My husband and I felt like we were the only people in the world at our wedding and every couple deserves that experience.”

“From the very beginning Gina was absolutely Amazing! She answered my questions about wedding planing even prior to us touring the facility! My now husband was so comfortable with her and the facility that he immediately stated he wanted to use the View at 55th place! From there Gina worked with us and made all of our dreams come true for our wedding day! All of the all inclusive vendors were professional, kind and amazing at what they do. The facilities are clean, well kept and have some of the most amazing views. All of these factors come together to build and plan a personalized event that you and your loved ones will enjoy! 12/30/23 will be the best day out our lives and a lot of credit goes to the View at 55th place staff and vendors for helping to create that for us!”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better venue experience. We started our process April 2025 and had our daughter’s Quinceañera March 2026. I had previously reached out to two other venues and could not get a response to tour their venues. Luckily, I seen an Instagram post for The Barn on Higley and fell in love with it. I reached out and received a response with the dates and times available to come check them out. From the very beginning, Erica and Shawn went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with care and professionalism. We can be very indecisive at times and they were incredibly responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making our event special. There was constant communication and always available to answer any questions we had. On the day of the event, everything ran seamlessly. The space is beautiful as it is, but became more perfect once everything was setup just as we had envisioned. What truly stood out was the staff—they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and handled every request with a positive attitude. Erica setup a memory table for us without any direction from us and exceeded our expectations. Shawn was quick to take care of our hiccup. We realized we forgot to purchase apple cider for the kid’s to toast with he was quick to care of fixing our mistake. Abbie was always making sure our daughter’s dress was picture perfect and helpful with anything she might need a hand with. It’s rare to find a venue that combines such high-quality service with a personal touch, but they absolutely delivered. Our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable experience. I know this will be our go to choice for any future celebrations!”

We are a tour facility nestled in the East Valley. We offer facilities for awesome Weddings and other Special Events! Our friendly Petting Zoo is tons of fun for all ages! we would love for you to feed and brush them, you could even hop into the pen for a great photo op! We have a real tractor you can "play" on, corn hole games, even a hayride! Our desert botanical garden is 'under construction' but you are always encourage to stroll along the path ways and enjoy the sights.
