From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. “Such a unique touch! We really wanted a Spanish jamón at our wedding but had the hardest time finding someone actually trained to cut it until we found Senín from Casa Strada. Since he himself is Spanish we knew he’d understand exactly what we wanted. He had different budget options for the ham itself, took care of everything, and cut some beautiful plates of ham.”
