I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. From Min and Morten, to all the advisors that helped us, to all the staff who worked the venue for set up, the cooks, the servers, the bartenders, and not to mention how insanely good the food was - every single aspect of this place and the people there were truly magnificent. I was excited to marry the love of my life, sure, but after 16 years together I really viewed this as just a big party to celebrate with all the people in our lives. I expected and welcomed that view. To say it exceeded expectations is overwhelmingly unfair - it completely blew my mind how amazing the whole day was, honestly the whole weekend since there was also the rehearsal and breakfast the morning after, and I cannot express how grateful I am for how the whole experience turned out. I know I had loved the venue itself when we first visited, and that I thought the food was absolutely amazing during the food tasting, but it ended up being even more gorgeous on the day and the food for 150 people was still all so delicious that not one guest didn't mention at least one of the apps/ entree throughout the night and following day. One of my brides people who is quite the foodie snob keeps mentioning how juicy the chicken was. Seriously though, the food was just phenomenal. I never like cakes at weddings (they're always beautiful but don't taste good) and had planned on getting cake pops for my wedding, but at the food tasting I was just shocked at how amazing it was that I had to have that cake for the day. I would recommend this venue, and this staff, so whole heartedly. If any of the staff read this review, thank you all for making our special day one that will forever be a heartwarming memory.

We are so over the moon happy that we had our wedding at the Inns of Aurora! Highly recommended! I can write a novel about our amazing experience but will try to keep it short. The venue is so magical and by the lake! During our site visit we fell in love with the historic charm and the colorful designs and arts in each of the Inns houses and couldn’t wait to share that with our family and friends. We worked very closely with Lindsey who was so sweet and responsive and helped us with all the details such as planning our tasting, all the details about rooming, options for rehearsal and Sunday breakfast. Closer to our wedding, Kim helped us with directing the details of our wedding day, helped us with the rehearsal and worked so seamlessly with all of our vendors. Our Vendors all loved working at the Inns because everyone is so organized and friendly. We are so thankful because Lindsey and Kim, were there for us through every step of our event planning. Kim was very kind and attentive and she spent every minute from Thursday through the end of Sunday supporting us! They were truly friendly and treated us with so much love. Kim and her team made sure we stayed on time and made sure we had a chance to eat and drink during the hours of the wedding. The food was truly delicious and exceptional, during our tasting at the wedding and anytime we ate the 1833 Kitchen. Many of the rooms are overlooking the water and one last thing we loved is the special granola bar that in my opinion is one of the Inns of Aurora’s signature details. David and I just had our wedding here this past Saturday. I could not ask for a more perfect venue - from the scenery, the beautiful Enchantment Garden, the proximity to the Falls and downtown Ithaca, to the amazing staff, food and service, we highly recommend the Inn at Taughannock Falls for a wedding venue, as well as a place to just stay the night and have an AMAZING meal from the restaurant (which we did the Thursday night before the wedding). All of our guests loved their accommodations, and Hillside house in particular served as the best "hang out", groomsmen getting ready, and after party spot. The full kitchen came in clutch for after party snacks and getting ready food. The Victorian Inn was literally perfect for hair and makeup and the fairly new 3rd salon is the ideal set up attached to a huge balcony overlooking the lake. What really made this wedding venue was the staff though. Later into the planning process, Amanda Hickey became our planner, after our previous planner Kelsey (who was also great) left. From day one Amanda was a rockstar - she was kind, thoughtful, helpful, extremely competent and organized. I did not feel like I had to start from scratch all over again with a new planner. She picked everything right back up and was key in making our perfect wedding day become a reality! Additionally, we would like to thank Stephenie who was very helpful throughout the process (including with getting us Cornell Dairy Bar for dessert!), Chef Justin, the pastry chef, Tania-Lynn, Loma, Gillian (so helpful attending to the bride the morning of the wedding and blocking traffic at the Falls first look), Carson (our personal server through the night who was so kind!!), Chloe, and all the other banquet staff! Our food options were impeccable and, while the short rib and halibut were slightly drier than preferred, they still tasted good! The cocktail hour stations and hor d'ourves were OUTSTANDING, and I must particularly thank and call out the Inn's chef and pastry chef making gluten free versions of everything for me (from the bread course, to Lobster puff pastry, and even special muffins at the Sunday breakfast) - and they did such a good job with it!!! All in all, this place is amazing and we highly recommend people have their wedding venue here (or at least visit it!). We cannot wait to come back to visit for our anniversaries too.

I will be raving about our wedding at The Lincklaen House for the rest of my life. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect thanks in huge part to the incredible Carrie. She is truly phenomenal. Her warmth, organization, and attention to every single detail made our entire experience feel effortless. She checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated our day like it truly mattered to her. This was the first and only venue we toured and we immediately knew it was the one. The charm, the affordability, the incredible food, and the all-in-one setup made it a no-brainer. Ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio with outdoor games, dinner, and an after-party in the tavern… everything flowed so naturally and beautifully in one building. Even the air conditioning was on point, keeping everyone comfortable all day! The staff was exceptional. Audrey was amazing throughout the day, and every single team member was kind, professional, and attentive. One of the sweetest moments was when they poured apple juice into champagne glasses for the kids during the toasts, just one of many thoughtful touches that made the whole day feel magical. Our getting-ready suites were beautiful, spacious, and the perfect spot to start the day. From the small details to the big picture, the Lincklaen House made our dream wedding come true. Aside from the beauty of the lake and the hotel, this place did it all for us. Any extra things we wanted for the wedding or reception just needed to be dropped off and the event coordinators took care of the rest. The coordinator we met with was great with communication through email. We really enjoyed our dinner tasting - the food was amazing! The coordinators made the day run so smoothly. The room for the cocktail hour was set up wonderfully. Table settings are included with the package and the candles looked perfect. We felt secure in knowing we could easily move the ceremony inside with any weather concerns. The landscaping/greenery is so well taken care of, it looked fantastic for our ceremony outside on the patio. The hotel staff set up, serve, and clean up - it made for a very relaxing weekend. Our hotel room was incredible also. The hotel was generous with leaving little surprises and gifts for us when we arrived to our room. It was all worth the price.
