Our private event space features a fully-staffed bar with eight taps (including one nitro tap), and groups up to 65 seated with an additional space of 45 seats on the patio. It’s located on the second story of our facility and has two walls of windows, east and south-facing, looking out over the city of Grand Rapids. There is also a two-sided patio that will provide additional space during the warmer months. The room is outfitted with three large flat-screen televisions and a retractable projector screen for PowerPoint or video presentations. There will also be a podium with a microphone for any speeches or group announcements. The Centennial Room can be booked in 3-hour minimum blocks. Additional time can be added at a price per-hour charge if available.

Clearwater Place, an architectural masterpiece originally constructed over one hundred years ago, has been completely renovated by our family-owned business that specializes in historic restoration. The restoration earned Clearwater Place the Governor's Award for Historic Preservation. We remodeled the space to highlight the original Romanesque revival architecture--round arches, recessed panels, high ceilings, steel beams, and unique windows-- while incorporating state of the art updates and amenities to make Clearwater Place the perfect venue for your event.

We are currently under construction and are scheduled to finish in the winter of 2023! We are booking for the 2024 wedding season. Augusta Creek is located in a secluded area, sitting on 104 acres of land. Wildlife and nature completely surrounds the entire property, giving the whole venue a private event experience. The property also has a one of a kind bridal suite for the party to get ready and hang out on the morning of the big day.
