Jarett Eymard and Rachel Carr Eymard bought a bread truck and converted it into a food truck in their back yard just in a couple of months! Jarett came up with the clever name 'Rue Chow' translating to 'street food' and it just stuck! Both of them are professional Chefs so you can expect to find classics with a fun twist at their truck like the chicken and waffle sandwich and Korean BBQ Chicken Pitas. Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.
