The communication, professionalism, presentation, and of course the food were all top tier. From the very first conversation, the team made everything feel organized and stress-free. They truly understand weddings and events, and you can tell they care about making your day special. The setup was beautiful, the service was smooth, and every guest kept coming up to us asking “Who is the caterer? This food is amazing!” And the food… WOW. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. You can tell this isn’t just catering, it’s passion and experience behind every dish. And we have to talk about the mac and cheese. It is absolutely top notch. We kept hearing people rave about it in reviews and now we understand why. It’s creamy, flavorful, and easily one of the best mac and cheeses we’ve ever had. We loved it so much that we actually ordered an extra pan to freeze so we could have it when we get back from our honeymoon.... it’s seriously that good. What stood out the most was how much pride they take in what they do. They don’t just show up and serve food, they create an experience that your guests will remember. From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. “The food from Southern Fig was incredible! Everything was handled so professionally and thoughtfully. The menu was delicious, beautifully presented, and accommodating of our guests’ needs. I forgot about an aunt who had a gluten allergy and emailed Craig just hours before the wedding, and he was able to make a separate plate at very late notice. We’re still hearing compliments about the meal and the grazing table! Such a showstopper and crowd favorite. Craig did so much work and made everything seamless, and we’re so glad we chose them.
