“We had our wedding at the Flanders, and they did an incredible job! The hotel is a gorgeous venue for weddings, and from our first tour it stood out as a unique location that would look great in our photos. The food was excellent; we especially enjoyed the dim sum station at our cocktail hour. Our guests gave rave reviews about their meals. Lisa and Molly were great coordinators who assured us throughout the whole planning process that everything would go smoothly - and then made it happen! Being an obsessive planner myself, and doing all my decorations myself, I put together a binder of my plans for how each piece should be displayed. Lisa and Molly took that with grace, asked questions where needed, and made it happen! Joanne was an amazing maitre d' who anticipated our every need. She ensured that the day went perfectly, starting with the moment we walked down the aisle and she gave us some hints for scoring the best photos. She had also clearly read our binder. I was especially impressed when we came out of our ceremony and she had a platter of drinks ready for us and our wedding party while the marriage certificates were being signed. She was able to make a lighting change in one of our decorations happen while we were decompressing after the ceremony. During our Farewell Breakfast the next day, she coordinated packing away our homemade decorations, allowing us to enjoy the event without stress. Overall, the day went perfectly. It really is true that the best-laid plans will only succeed with a good team, and I feel strongly that we made an excellent choice in trusting this team for our wedding.”

“I know what you’re thinking — isn’t that a restaurant? It is, but it’s also one of the most amazing wedding venues you could ever dream of. From the very first meeting, you’ll work with Judy, the event manager, and let me tell you, she is a true rockstar. Judy doesn’t just help plan your day; she makes the impossible possible. Every idea I threw her way, no matter how out-of-the-box, she brought to life. I wanted a roaming cannoli bar — I got it. I wanted drinks served out of a canoe and a freshly shucked oyster bar — I got those too. Nothing was too big, too small, or too complicated for her. She is hands down one of the hardest-working, most detail-oriented people you will ever meet. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. It wasn’t just your standard “wedding food” — it was fresh, flavorful, and truly unique to the Deauville experience. Weeks later, our guests are still raving about how it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. And the location itself? Unmatched. There’s something so magical about being right on the water — it feels both relaxed and elegant at the same time. When I first toured, Judy told me, “The night will already be memorable because of the location.” She couldn’t have been more right. Between the setting sun, the ocean breeze, and the warm glow of the venue, it was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was, without a doubt, the most amazing venue we could have ever chosen. 10/10 recommend — if you’re even considering it, stop thinking and just book it.”

She was so helpful, accommodating, and attentive to all the little details. We had several guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies, and Amy went out of her way to make sure they felt comfortable and confident in their meal choices. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail meant so much to us and made an already special day even better. One of the things we loved most was that our wedding felt like us. Nothing felt rushed, overly formal, or impersonal. It was simply a beautiful day filled with love, laughter, great food, and wonderful memories. “As someone who has spent the last 11 years in the wedding industry, I've had the privilege of working at countless venues and seeing some truly incredible spaces. What's remarkable about Founders Grove is that somehow Denise and Amber have taken the very best parts of so many venues and thoughtfully brought them together into one place. The venue itself is stunning. Every detail feels intentional. From the flow of the property to the beauty of the ceremony and reception spaces, it's clear that this wasn't just built to host weddings. It was built to create experiences. The space feels elegant, welcoming, and incredibly versatile while still maintaining a warmth that makes it feel personal. What truly sets Founders Grove apart, however, is Denise and Amber. Denise has a calming presence and a genuine passion for serving couples. You can feel how deeply she cares about every person who walks through the doors. Amber brings an incredible vision, attention to detail, and energy that is reflected throughout the entire property. Together, they are an exceptional team whose love for what they do shines through in every interaction. My team at OnTheBeatFX had the honor of serving as the exclusive entertainment vendor during Founders Grove's opening weekend, and we were able to meet countless couples, families, and friends. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. People weren't just impressed by the beauty of the venue. They felt welcomed, cared for, and excited about the experience being created there. For couples considering Founders Grove, know that you're not simply booking a beautiful venue. You're partnering with people who genuinely care about your wedding and are committed to helping create meaningful memories for you and your loved ones. With love, OnTheBeatFX”
