Co-owners Luz Cedillo (aka "The Cake Lady") and her husband Marco have been in the events and catering business since 1997. Luz is a second-generation baker, and Marco has worked for more than 23 years in the restaurant and banquets industry. They combined their love for baking and food service into Main Street Bakery and Catering. I had my first shot at managing a sushi restaurant when I took over an empty section of the family restaurant and introduced sushi to my customers.
