My name is Antonia Hansford and I'm the wedding event specialist at City Barbeque in central Kentucky and southern Indiana. In my 8 years with City BBQ, I have found my passion and talent in being able to bring award-winning bbq to weddings and rehearsal dinners all across the state! My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy. To this day that is how I cook because Italian Food is all about fresh ingredients, heart, taste and a deep love of cooking.
