Their experienced staff will handle every venue detail from start to finish, so preparing for your big day is a breeze. A "one-stop-shop" stress-free experience with excellent service is what we offer. Our beautiful Ballroom holds up to 300 guests. We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.

The Grand Banquet Hall is located just a couple blocks from the St. Croix River in historic downtown Stillwater, MN! Originally a part of the logging days that Stillwater was established for. Our ballroom features beautiful stained glass décor, space for up to 350 guests, a generous dance floor and a long stunning antique bar.

This amazing adventure began in 2016, since then we've hosted over 130 couples and their families and friends. Getting to know them is one of my favorite things. Oak Glen is a private and public golf course with a gorgeous wedding and event venue, located just 5 minutes from downtown Stillwater. Our packages include your ceremony and reception, on-site catering, tables, chiavari chairs, linens, flatware, charger plates, votives, and all day access to our getting ready suites! Oak Glen has two outdoor and one indoor ceremony locations as well as one beautiful reception space. The Willows ceremony site is located just off the first hole and features willow trees framing our beautiful fountain in the pond. The Prairie ceremony site is located closer to the clubhouse, making it more convenient for your guests to get to. All ceremonies include worry-free setup and tear down with white folding chairs, a hexagon shaped arch- that you can decorate, as well as back-up indoor ceremony site (depending on guest count.)

Our venue offers vast gardens for all times of year. There are thousands of gorgeous perennials and annuals to bring excitement to your big day. There are walking paths and cows grazing in the distant rolling hills. The sunflower fields bloom for about a month in the summer. The outdoor ceremony site offers garden all around and separate seating. The indoor reception space has base draping and lighting and includes tables/chairs/linens/ and decor. We have a huge selection of centerpieces and other useful decor included in every rental. Bonus: we also set up and take down whatever you pick from us!
