This rustic, elegant barn is perfect for a planned indoor ceremony, a rain day backup, and easily fills with laughter, music, and joy. With over 5000 gorgeous square feet (including modern restrooms) this large barn flows seamlessly into the surrounding deck, patios, yard, gardens, and outdoor ceremony locations.

A dedicated reception hall that allows you to throw open the doors and bask in the serene, rolling gardens.

With nearly 2000 square feet, this dedicated dining area allows you the freedom to perfect every aspect of your venue set-up (without all the shuffling about). Huge slide-open barn doors lead to the patio and gardens offering additional seating where the leaves rustle and the breeze welcomes.

This space is the essential match of function and form! This smaller barn is wildly rustic and completely charming with high ceilings, sparkling lights, wide open barn doors, and a full service bar. But, peek behind the scenes and you will find a large catering back with a full stand up freezer, a commercial refrigerator, and loads of counter space. Hire a licensed caterer or bring in your own food for a fully customizable dining experience!

    Fantastic experience!!?

    We hosted our family reunion here and everyone had a great time! Steve and Ann made everything run smoothly to give us a fun family experience. The place was clean and organized. Our kids had so much fun with all of the animals and even got to feed some goats. We thoroughly enjoyed this place...thank you Steve and Ann!

    A perfect family reunion

    We had a lovely day at this beautiful setting!! We had over 100 people. We played games in the huge yard; we sat and enjoyed a warm fire in the pit; we danced in the old barn!! I loved it!! Lots of space for kids. I loved all the buildings and how they look like farm buildings-the quaintness, the feel of another era, and yet they were clean and cozy. I loved the walks between the buildings with gorgeous paths, and benches and chairs along the way that invited you to come and stay awhile!! I wanted to stay!! Thanks for sharing your property with us!!

    Great place

    Lost Creek Barns is the perfect venue for a wedding. The owners Steve and Ann are extremely helpful! They go above and beyond to help accommodate if it's an indoor or outdoor event. The staff and bartenders are great as well! The grounds are very well kept and it's a bonus that the dinner/bar and reception/ bar all have their own space. I would highly recommend the lost creek barns for any wedding or occasion.

It is our goal to make your day as stress free as possible! In addition to having full access to the buildings, grounds, and gardens of The Barns of Lost Creek, we offer a host of added amenities, including: -The Main Barn, Reception Hall, Pavillion, and Dressing Suites -Outdoor areas with ample seating -Handmade barn wood tables and mismatched, vintage chairs for the Reception Hall (seating for 150) -Vintage furnishings throughout the property -Outdoor event chairs (seating for 150) -On-site venue coordinator -Bar set-up and two bartenders -We can even offer decor, food service items, and yard games
While the Barns of Lost Creek immediately offers a sense of luxury and elegance, something deeper and sweeter lies around every corner. You will feel the timeless echo of love in the rhubarb patch that reminds you of your grandmother, the winding trails perfect for holding hands, in an orchard where you enjoy a crisp apple, in the miniature goats chasing and jumping, the ewe and her baby lamb, the hen and her chicks, in the endless gardens blooming under a bright summer sun, and in treetops that sway in the breeze Small quiet moments will exist beside the profound and powerful "I do!" to create the perfect blend of elegance, joy, and peace.
River Falls is less than ten minutes away. This college town offers an array of wonderful hotels and vacation rentals along with restaurants and entertainment. Its a perfect place to spend a weekend while enjoying all of the wedding festivities! (Additionally, the Twin Cities metro area is less than thirty minutes away and can offer anything your heart desires!)
For the comfort and enjoyment of our bride and groom, we encourage a full weekend venue rental ($6700). This package includes full access to the venue 8am to 10pm Friday, 8am to 12pm Saturday, and 8am to noon on Sunday. Feel free to unload, decorate, have a drink, play some games, host a rehearsal dinner, relax, and enjoy preparing for your day. An event co-ordinator will be on site and ready to assist! We also offer Saturday only venue rentals ($4500) as well as Sunday and Friday venue rentals ($3800). While these single day options offer all the same beauty and amenities, they tend to be a bit more hurried. It's your day. Enjoy it!
-We would love to schedule a discovery call where you can ask questions and ensure that The Barns of Lost Creek can meet your every desire. -From there, we can assist you with a tour; you can see and walk the spaces, dream of your upcoming event, and (of course) ask more questions! -Once you decide on our venue, you can hold the date for seven days. At the end of this time, we will need a signed venue contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit. Then, we can work together to ensure that your vision comes to life. Let us know how to set up and if there are decor, catering, or entertainment items that we can prepare for you.
Our season runs from May 15 to October 15. None of our event space is climate controlled (though our dressing areas do have ac and heat). Please encourage your guests to dress for the weather and come ready to enjoy a beautiful day!
Rain or shine, the beauty of Lost Creek Barns will fulfill your every need. The Barns of Lost Creek offers gorgeous outdoor ceremony sites. After walking the grounds and choosing your ceremony location, leave the set-up to us! And, if inclement weather makes you reconsider, our large Main Barn will, with its soaring vaulted ceilings and warm chandeliers, fill your day with rustic elegance.
Unfortunately, the state of Wisconsin no longer allows venues to offer this option. We do, however, have a liquor license, and standard bar set up as well as two bartenders are included in your venue rental fees.
No! Bring in your favorite caterer. Cater the event yourself. Mix it up and do a bit of both! We aim to be as flexible as possible, so your day can meet your needs (not ours)!

We are 30 minutes from the Twin Cities metro area. We are just 25 minutes from Hudson, Wisconsin.
We do require a temporary policy for the day of the event.
We are 55 minutes from MSP airport in Minneapolis, MN
A typical day of venue rental starts at 8am and ends at 11pm (with an added hour of access at the end for cleanup). We do encourage all of our weddings to consider a full weekend rental to allow for a more relaxed and expansive experience.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrances and trained staff.
We have parking for up to 150 guests. We can offer a shuttle from local Hotels for $200 an hour.
We are available for rental from mid May through mid October. We do not rent outside these times due to weather constraints.
Our outdoor venue is available from mid May to mid October.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges. We will actively try to fill your date, and if we are able to, will refund your money. But it is very unlikely.
Use of Big Barn and reception hall, all the groomed grounds, and trails that cover 20 acres of the farm.
