We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

This Fall the Astorian proudly debuts Le Tesserae, a 20,000 square-foot indoor/outdoor private event space and rooftop bar overlooking Buffalo Bayou. Guests will be greeted by a stunning reception lobby, extensively detailed with a hand-laid mosaic floor and crown-molded ceiling, before entering the spacious ballroom, enveloped by floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing patrons to seamlessly flow between inside and outside settings. The venue design blends old-world artistry with modern architecture and incorporates natural and urban elements, from its wraparound balcony and covered patio to its unobstructed views of downtown Houston. Le Tesserae can comfortably accommodate a variety of events including weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, social gatherings and proprietary programming. Adjacent is a 5,000 square foot rooftop bar perfect for small group gatherings, happy hours, after-parties and outdoor private events.

As local residents, we felt our small, picturesque East Texas town of Splendora needed a unique attraction that would meet the wedding and events needs of our local and neighboring communities. Couples in our area have long been in search of an event hall to accommodate weddings of all sizes, without having to drive an hour (or more) to the next big city. When we first discovered this remote piece of property with the ideal-sized pond, we envisioned it with dreamy, flowing fountains that would create a romantic backdrop for the most memorable bridal/wedding scenery. This inspired our name, Fountain View Farm!

The Sunset Coffee Building is located at 1019 Commerce Street, Houston, TX at the intersection of Main Street and Buffalo Bayou next to Allen’s Landing, the “Plymouth Rock” of the City of Houston. Built in 1910, the Sunset Coffee Building was originally a coffee roasting company. In the late 60’s it was home to the Love Street Light Circus, a psychedelic music club featuring many local bands. In 2003, the building was purchased by Buffalo Bayou Partnership (BBP) as part of the organization’s master plan to revitalize Buffalo Bayou. The Sunset Coffee Building offers three rentable spaces for special events. The Rooftop Terrace looks out over the intersection of Buffalo and White Oak Bayous, the original site of the Port of Houston. The Café 1st floor level is an enclosed industrial style space with a balcony overlooking the bayous. The Plaza, located between the building and Commerce Street, is a perfect space for small concerts, festivals and receptions.

The industrial charm mixed with romance makes Sawyer Station HTX the perfect location for any type of celebration.
