With over 10 years of experience, we specialize in creating custom menus and memorable dining experiences for weddings and special events. We take pride in working with dietary restrictions and preferences, and we never use food dyes or hydrogenated oils. Every dish is made from scratch with care, because if we wouldn’t serve it to our own family, we won’t serve it to yours. Glad Mouf BBQ – Unforgettable Flavor for Your Special Day At Glad Mouf BBQ, we believe every wedding deserves unforgettable food that brings people together. We specialize in craft barbecue with a gourmet twist, featuring the world’s most tender smoked oxtails, melt-in-your-mouth brisket, juicy smoked chicken, brisket tacos —all paired with our legendary sauces. We offer catering with a choice of station-style service with pre-portioned servings or a buffet. Enjoy a special rate of $50 per person for 100+ guests or $75 per person with a 50-guest minimum. Our customizable menu allows you to create the perfect meal for your wedding vision.

We travel for weddings — it's a big part of what we do. Jolas Kitchen is a traveling African & Afro-fusion catering company based in Edmond, Oklahoma, and we bring Chef Jola's authentic Nigerian catering to celebrations across Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. Our team, our food truck, and our Luxe Set Up all hit the road: signature Nigerian party jollof, beef suya, small chops, samosas, puff puff, egusi soup, chapman and zobo, served wherever your celebration is. Catering starts at $25 per person with a $4,000 minimum and 100-guest minimum. Travel fees apply by distance and are quoted at consultation. Destination events beyond Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas carry a $10,000 minimum.
