Moondance Weddings and Events is a relaxed and casual space. We are on a 60 acre ranch that has a house, very spacious garage, and lots of outdoor space. The garage, where most couples book, is fully done with air conditioning for those hot Texas days. It is attached to where most ceremonies are held. The concrete walkway and area overlooks the property to make sure your wedding photos are beautiful, nature-filled shots. We can host up to 200 guests, so we are best for small weddings. We are also a raw venue, meaning we only offer the space and nothing else.

The Milano Event Center is a unique event space surrounded by lush greenery and unforgettable scenic views. The spacious 10,000 sq. ft. floorplan allows for two private lounges and three exceptional ballrooms, The Monza, The Alba, and The Doria, as well as a beautiful open patio with bistro lights, The Prato, perfect for any ceremony. The architectural and interior design is established with vibrant red oak beams and neutral-shaded walls. Wood finishes and large crystal chandeliers are strategically placed to present a bold statement. Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of the city to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. We designed our venue as an all-inclusive host to your wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories. The Venue on Sealy is an elegant but simple venue located in historic downtown Alvin, TX. The building located at 225 W. Sealy was built in 1936. Over the years it had been home to several businesses, the last was Alvin hardware. So Now as new business owners, Doretha & Stephanie hope The Venue on Sealy will continue to serve the community just as the businesses in the past did. The Venue will offer small town charm with many decore options and in-house services that will allow us to create a memorable experience for our clients.
