Our story began in 2007 when a small group of high school friends came together to provide a memorable DJ experience at a neighborhood pool party. Word spread and pool parties turned into school dances, which became corporate parties, which led into weddings and gatherings all with a desire to bring people together. Rewound String Trio is a female-run string ensemble and has been performing together in Kansas City and surrounding areas since 2017. You may see us performing publicly around town at places such as Ca Va in Westport or the French Market in Prairie Village.

DSM Dance Party DJs is a collective of well trained DJs and professional production staff. We pride ourselves on being great communicators, coordinators and providing a reliable experience. Starting from our initial planning meeting, we strive to learn what makes you special (Culture, Music, Memories) so we can display these during your event. I have been playing the violin for over 40 years. Since 1996 I have performed in various groups. Those include the Topeka Symphony, Shyster Mountain Gang Bluegrass Band, several Christian rock bands in the Topeka area, as well as the Studio String Quartet. Since 2017 I have had my own private solo business, performing for weddings, receptions, business events, as well as for other special occasions!

I've been playing sax professionally in all genres of music since age 18 and focused on playing club/dance music with DJs since the mid 2000s. I've performed in clubs and events all over the country. Calling themselves "violin twins", both our musicians have been playing from the age of four, learning in the Suzuki method. Graduating together from William Jewell College, both violinists studied music and have since begun successful private music studios.
