E is short for Erin who has loved to bake since her grandma first tied her apron strings when she was little! The Carolyn Baldwin Lake Pavilion is named after our dear loved one, Carolyn Varner Baldwin, who unexpectedly passed away in 2008 due to an allergic reaction. She was the matriarch of our family and a beautiful, one-in-a-billion type of person with a generous and loving spirit. She was a talented gardener, a devoted fisherwoman who could out-fish the best of 'em (we're talking "sun-up-til-sundown" kind of fishing), was creative and artsy, and never knew a stranger. We felt it only fitting to name this lovely place in her memory. We are a family-operated business. Joanna is the General Manager and works with each client to accommodate varying event needs. She handles a wide range of aspects of the business, from answering questions about what will make your event run smoothly to giving you layout suggestions. She has worked with over 200 wedding & event clients over the last 10 years and has learned quite a bit about weddings & event planning through her experiences.

Our 5,500sf venue will easily accommodate several hundred seated guests. No matter the season, our climate-controlled space will keep guests comfortable. In addition to our indoor space, the venue includes a lighted patio area with a gazebo and bar for outdoor festivities, and a front porch. There is a pond and mountain view for those that seek this picturesque backdrop.
