I can’t say enough good things about Sarah! I reached out to her to help plan a surprise engagement shoot in Jackson Hole, and she absolutely nailed it. From the very first message, she was so friendly, organized, and genuinely excited to help make the moment special. She helped me plan every detail, from picking the perfect location to timing the lighting just right, and made sure everything went smoothly without giving anything away. When the big moment finally happened, she captured it perfectly. The photos turned out better than I ever could have imagined. Sarah made us feel completely comfortable and kept the energy light and natural the entire time. Looking back, I’m so grateful she was part of that day because we’ll cherish those photos forever. Do not hesitate to book her! You won’t be disappointed.

Grand Teton Events

5.0

Jackson, WY
  • Planner
  • Offers 7 services
  • Starts at $2,500

At Grand Teton Events, we prioritize building genuine connections with our couples. We want you to feel excited about working with us, to feel that click after our conversations, and to know that we truly understand your vision. When you choose us, it's like having a friend by your side throughout the planning journey. We intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on each year to provide personalized attention and ensure prompt responses to your emails. We believe in 100% transparency.  Above all, we're all about creating a fun and stress-free experience. We take care of every detail so that you can relax and savor every moment.

Jeanette, we cannot express enough how incredibly thankful for you and all you have done for us over this last year and a half! Since we are not from the area, you were our one stop shop for all vendor recommendations and insights in all that the Grand Tetons/Jackson area has to offer. This gave us such a peace of mind when virtually planning a wedding. Your knowledge and connections to so many vendors allowed us so many options so we could find the right ones that fit our vision and our budget. Your day of coordination made the whole day magical for both of us. Your level of both personability and professionalism made this whole process such a breeze. You took the time to get to know us, our vision, and our wishes for our wedding day throughout the whole planning process. So when it came time to make some game time decisions on the day of our wedding (due to weather), I knew I could count on you to make the best call for us. We had the best wedding we could've imagined and it was in no small part due to all the effort you had put in to make it perfect for us.

Karina Dopp Designs Jackson Hole Photographer

5.0

Jackson, WY
  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,500

A few years ago I was in your shoes, except, I didn't get the images of my dreams. I got a photographer for our wedding day, and I had no idea what I was doing. On the day of my wedding, my photographer made me feel stressed and uncomfortable with all the posing and lack of communication. And when I got my images back, I wasn't happy with the results and there wasn't anything I could do about it. That's why I'm here for YOU! Because your wedding is more than just a day with some photos.

Where do I start?! Karina is incredible at what she does. We were a little overwhelmed with like coming up with the timeline for the day, and which poses at which spots, and even the ceremony start time. But she was a huge help with all of that!! Her knowing where the sun would be at certain times of day, thinking of cool shots to do and where. Her knowledge about photography, creativity, and the familiarity with Grand Teton NP was just so invaluable Neither myself or my (now) wife are like big picture takers. But Karina really helped a ton with coming up with poses and directing us on how to stand, where to stand etc. We started off awkward (not her fault at all, we just don’t do a lot of picture taking), but within a few minutes she had us fully comfortable It was such a perfect day and the sneak peeks she sent were absolutely incredible and fun to look through. We are so freaking excited to see the rest and cannot wait! She also did an Astro photography sesh at the end with us which was bada and so worth it!!

I wasn’t really the “photo guy,” but after seeing how our pictures turned out, I’m so glad we did it. The photographer somehow caught every real moment—laughing with friends, my wife walking down the aisle, even those little quiet parts of the day. It didn’t feel staged or awkward at all, just real. Jackson, WY
  • Photographer
  • Classic style
  • Starts at $2,800

I’m Grayson, a professional photographer who has lived in the Tetons for over a decade. My approach to photographing weddings and engagements is to shoot a mixture of candid and posed images to capture as much real emotion as possible. These photos are meant to last a lifetime, which is why I limit my editing to only enhance the true-to-life look and feel rather than over-editing or adding preset Photoshop filters. This will take you back to that special day years in the future and remind you how it really looked and felt.

Awarded Best of Zola
We are IN LOVE with how our pictures turned out! Grayson did such an amazing job and I highly recommend him! He was very easy going and it was super easy to connect with him. He was also very considerate with how chilly/windy it was and would suggest breaks to go sit in the car and warm up. Overall, such a great experience and phenomenal pictures!

Beats by Capella

Jackson, WY
  • DJ
  • Starts at $2,000

Whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, or any event involving music, you can count on me to guarantee it will be one that your guests won’t soon forget. I’ve always wanted to be a musician and ended up becoming fascinated with mixing tracks in my free time, soon turning into a full time gig as a professional Weddings & Events DJ.

My husband and I loved working with Liam for our wedding last summer! He utilized a detailed form to get to know our musical likes and dislikes and asked many questions about our musical tastes and the flow/feel of the wedding. Using these tools he custom tailored the music to our exact taste and kept the party going all night! His equipment is state of the art and came in super handy for our off grid wedding! He and his gorgeous up lights saved the day when our rental lighting failed. Thankful we went with Liam for our big day!

Hi, I’m Becca—the creative behind Stir Photography. Based in Jackson, Wyoming, I specialize in intimate wedding and elopement photography that’s adventurous, laid-back, and bighearted. Becca spent time with us for our vow renewal and then the next evening in the Tetons. She was so great to work with & we loved her energy & excitment. She easily socialized well with our group & we loved having her. Our final pictures are absolutely breathtaking. Timeline was appropriate, she communicated so well & she was so accommodating to my requests & concerns. Madison Webb Photography

5.0

Jackson, WY
  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $5,500

A mountain girl at heart, I was born in Idaho and have been lucky enough to call Jackson Hole home since 2014. I received my first camera for Christmas when I was thirteen and I've been passionate about photography ever since. Another of my passions is art history, which is what I studied in undergraduate and graduate school. Seemingly unrelated on the surface I truly believe that my background in art history helped hone my artistic eye and continues to inform my photography through composition, light, and framing. I truly love photography and cherish the opportunity to meet and work with so many incredible couples and families.

We found Madison by pure luck! We eloped to Jackson Hole from the Dallas area im February. Madison was the best hype woman ever and her energy got us through the below freezing temperature. She knew all the spots to go to for the best photo ops. Our photos turned out absolutely amazing and we are beyond grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Madison. We plan on coming back in the summer with the family and hope to work with her again for family photos.

Bentwood Inn

5.0

Wilson, WY
  • Venue
  • Up to 100 guests
  • Select services
  • Outdoor
  • Starts at $15,000

The Bentwood Inn is a charming bed and breakfast-wedding venue located within the Greater Yellowstone area of Jackson, Wyoming. This eco-friendly establishment seeks to minimize its impact on its natural surroundings. The Inn itself was built using reclaimed wood from Yellowstone National Park’s great fire of 1988. Here, couples can stage their dream day surrounded by natural beauty, attentive staff, and an array of amenities.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Rustic yet refined style
  • Has a relaxed and casual vibe
  • Provides catering services

Venue considerations

  • Limited cleanup and setup services
  • Dance floor not included
  • No in-house lighting and sound packages available
TL;DR: The Bentwood Inn is a truly special place to get married—a 1000/10 experience, and one we’ll treasure forever. The longer version: We knew we wanted an intimate, destination-style wedding, and after visiting the Bentwood Inn for the first time this past summer, it just felt right. Nestled beneath the Tetons, the property offers a quiet, peaceful escape while still being close to everything that makes Jackson Hole so incredible. We planned our wedding in under three months while living in another state, which sounds a little wild in hindsight. But thanks to the Bentwood team, the entire process felt surprisingly calm and manageable. Looking back, we truly couldn’t be happier with how the day—and the full experience—went. We reserved the entire inn for three nights for a small wedding with less than 30 guests, with everyone staying on-site. Having everyone together in one place was one of the most meaningful parts of our weekend. Instead of everything feeling rushed, we were able to spend quality time with our closest family and friends—sharing meals, catching up, and exploring the beauty of Jackson Hole together. For a December wedding, we were incredibly lucky with the weather: sunny skies and temperatures in the 40s. We spent nights around the fire pit and stargazing, as our weekend coincided with the Geminids meteor shower. We stayed in the Grand Suite, which we can’t recommend enough for couples. It’s spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with a large living area and full kitchen that made getting ready on the wedding day easy. It was the perfect home base for such an important weekend. I (the bride) got ready in the Grand Suite, while my fiancé (now husband) stayed in the Chalet on our wedding day. The Chalet is just off the back lawn and was the perfect way to keep us separate while still feeling close, adding an extra layer of excitement and intention to the day. On the wedding day itself, the Bentwood crew handled everything with such care and ease that we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. One thing we really appreciated was how much inventory and décor the venue already has on hand—tables, chairs, place settings, and more—which removed so much extra coordination and stress. At the same time, there’s plenty of flexibility to add your own personal touches. We used mostly Bentwood’s décor, with a few meaningful additions of our own, and everything came together beautifully. We held our ceremony on the back deck, followed by appetizers and dinner in the great room, all prepared and served in-house. The food was outstanding and the chef and staff exceeded our expectations. Since the weather stayed mild, we did our first dances out on the deck, followed by a little line dancing under the stars. We opted to create our own playlists and use the Bentwood’s sound system instead of hiring a DJ, which gave the evening a personal, relaxed feel that we loved. More than anything, what sets the Bentwood Inn apart is the people. The team is exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the experience meaningful. They treated us and our guests like family, and that level of care was felt throughout the entire weekend. We already know we’ll be coming back to this magical place for years to come! The Bentwood Inn isn’t just where we got married—it’s a place that will always hold a very special piece of our hearts.

Could not say enough good things about our experience getting married at Trail Creek Ranch. We wish we could do it all over again! We had the most unimaginable day thanks to Alex and the Trail Creek Ranch team who were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our big day. From helping coordinate the perfect locations on the ranch for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, making recommendations for who to work with in the area, and helping coordinate all the details behind the scenes with our vendors leading up to and on our wedding day, we could not have asked for a better experience. The views from our wedding site on the ranch were truly unmatched. The venue offers the most dreamy backdrop for cocktail hour under the sunset with the picturesque ranch field and horses alongside our wedding festivities and our reception under the stars. They even released the horses to run out to the field during cocktail hour which was a highlight for our guests! We also loved being able to stay at the incredible guest cabins on the property with our family and friends in the days leading up to our wedding day. As a bride, there was nothing more special than waking up on my wedding day and seeing our reception tent and ceremony site set up outside my window. The cabin I stayed in had plenty of room for my bridesmaids and I to get ready the day of. Trail Creek is a hidden gem that highlights the beauty that is Jackson Hole and we could not recommend it enough to any future couples looking to get married in a unique place in the greater Jackson Hole area. We can't wait to go back and stay at the ranch again!!!
