I cannot recommend The Virginian Lodge enough as a wedding venue! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of incredible. The Lodge perfectly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, creating the ideal backdrop for a Wyoming wedding. The event spaces were stunning, offering both indoor and outdoor options with breathtaking mountain views. Our guests loved the relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, and the seamless flow between spaces made for an effortless celebration. The Lodge’s team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly—they were organized, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our day special. Beyond the venue itself, the accommodations were perfect for our wedding weekend. The Virginian Lodge was a fantastic venue for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication was fantastic - they were responsive, helpful, and really listened to what we wanted. The quality of their work and the value we received was exactly what we wanted. Their attention to details was spot on, and they contributed greatly to making our special day perfect. I would definitely recommend The Virginian Lodge to anyone looking for a wonderful wedding venue.

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $25 per bottle for wine and liquor - limited to 3 bottles.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens for up to 160 guests.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at a fee based on the season.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Yes, there is a $25 nightly resort fee + tax per room. This fee includes guest parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, a ski shuttle, concierge services, and more.

Yes, up to 2 well-mannered pups are invited to enjoy a stay at our pet friendly hotel in Jackson Hole for $50 per night pet fee. The fee includes our Pups Provisions – local treats, and toy – plus, a Pendleton dog bed for use during your stay (pending availability). Please note, pups cannot be left unattended in guest room at any time.

Guest check-in begins at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. If you will be arriving early, you are certainly welcome to start enjoying the amenities at our Jackson Hole hotel while we hold your bags and get your room ready for you.
