My love of art and nature have led me to where i am today. I thrive when I can create and to be able to make a work of art with flowers, truly brings me a great joy. Over my years of training in both traditional art and floral design I have developed my own personal style that is anything but traditional, but more so unique- just like all of us. Perla, which is French for pearl, was my Grandmothers name, is my middle name, and the name I give to my passion I hope to share with you.

Having grown up running around the lush acres of my family's bountiful nursery, I was born with a love and interest in flowers and plants. This developed into a passion for beauty and Art, which I studied then worked at for 15 years in NYC and The Hamptons. After soaking up all I could of the NYC floral industry, I returned to my home town of East Hampton to continue to grow by starting my own business, Anchor & Bloom.
