Making flower crowns from dandelions I found outside was a staple pastime of my childhood. This inner drive to create has evolved as I grew older and when I was first introduced into the world of floral design in 2016, I quickly realized that I wanted flower arranging to be a part of my life in some way from then on.

Michelle started her career as a lawyer, but could not resist the pull of her family’s legacy—flowers! A third-generation florist, some of her earliest childhood memories include processing flowers at her grandmother’s shop in northern Indiana. She grew her love of flowers working along side her mom in creating amazing wedding florals for couples all over Indiana. Ask her and she will tell you that she was trained by the best! She brings her passion and years of experience in this art to the Owner/Creative Director role for One of a Kind Events.
