Melissa has catered many world-class events all over the US, including a plated dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. Melissa is of course known for barbecue but can cater any cuisine, especially southern and Italian favorites. She and her daughter, Lauren, recently studied at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy.

Elizabeth was head chef at Viking Range Corporation for 8 years where she added fun and vitality to all of her cooking classes.
