“We’d get married all over again just to have the feast they prepared for us! Stationary spreads of appetizers, we had the charcuterie cones and some passed appetizers too while we did our photos. Then we had a delicious feast of salads, entrees, lots of sides, and we loved choosing a company where we could get our table rentals, our servers, and our bartenders all together. They all worked really well together and we could really see the importance of hiring one company for a seamless night after we saw how well the event flowed and how they handled everything. 10’s all day long!”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our caterer! From start to finish, the food was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our wedding day. The Southern comfort food was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. Everything was served beautifully and tasted amazing. Our wedding cakes were phenomenal. We chose blueberry lemon and marble cake, and both were huge hits. The blueberry lemon cake was light, fresh, and full of flavor, while the marble cake was rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. We honestly couldn't have picked better flavors. The dessert bar was another crowd favorite, offering something for everyone. There was such a great variety of treats that guests kept going back for more. Despite everyone enjoying themselves, we still had plenty of leftovers, which was a wonderful surprise and allowed us to enjoy more after the wedding as well! “The food from Southern Fig was incredible! Everything was handled so professionally and thoughtfully. The menu was delicious, beautifully presented, and accommodating of our guests’ needs. I forgot about an aunt who had a gluten allergy and emailed Craig just hours before the wedding, and he was able to make a separate plate at very late notice. We’re still hearing compliments about the meal and the grazing table! Such a showstopper and crowd favorite. Craig did so much work and made everything seamless, and we’re so glad we chose them. “Not only was her food absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond with all other aspects of our wedding week. We rented a cabin in the Sevierville, TN in January with a plan for an outdoor wedding...With her expertise and experience, she was able to give the best advice (moving reception inside) to keep my guests happy AND WARM. With this switch up, she helped us create Plan A, B and C to ensure everything went smoothly ... in many ways she became my wedding coordinator as she is quite the natural. When it came to creating a menu, she provided her options, but everything was modifiable especially for this GLUTEN FREE girlie. She was able to make the whole dish gf, cookies and cake gf. I had a night before party and she made the cookies gf for that and then The Heirloom Apron did the icing/designs. Everyone talked about the food all night... the short ribs... HAVE to be on your menu. The gf kitchen sink cookies... HAVE to be on your menu. But honestly everything (lamb meatballs, roasted veggies, sweet potatoes, and the pork roulade) were truly amazing and so flavorful!”
