We are located within two blocks of The Hotel Bothwell and across the street from Kay's Bridal and Tuxedo. You and your guests are also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, barbershops, beauty salons and the Ozark coffee shop. The building has been renovated by adding modern touches to the original charm that was created in 1906. The Venue's main level exhibits industrial chic accents such as; Grand chandeliers, string lighting, concrete countertops, exposed brick, the original hardwood floors and punch tin ceiling.

“I had my baby shower here, it was wonderful! The space is open and inviting, and huge! The tall ceilings and giant windows really make it a beautiful venue. We had more than enough room and even set up different areas for seating, food and drinks, presents ,multiple photo opt areas, and activities for the kids . They also supplied all the tables and chairs , so we didn’t have to load and move those in and out! All together this place was really just perfect ! Having the communication and big space really just made my day feel super easy and took away so much stress! Marina the owner was so sweet and helpful throughout everything!!!!”

“We had such an amazing wedding at The Oliver Building. Having the venue for the whole weekend made our weekend run so smoothly. We had our rehearsal Friday night, and brought everything over so we didn’t need to deal with it Saturday. Then got ready in the amazing upstairs suites Saturday morning. We had a great time, and Caitlin was so easy to work with! The only reason I took a star off is that we had some issues with the bar. We made it clear from the start that we wanted to prioritize the bar, and didn’t want long lines. Because of that, they said we would have 3 bartenders, and would batch some of our signature cocktails. Unfortunately, we only had two bartenders, despite giving tips for 3, and there were no cocktails batched. We did have a pretty long line at our bar most of the night because of this. All in all, it was an amazing venue for our wedding!!”
