“Connie and Justine were honestly our saving grace!! No task/request was too big or too small for them to help with! They listening, they understood, they perfected everything to make the day perfect!! Connie was the main source of communication — she answered texts and emails very quickly, and was very thorough going through the timeline to make sure everything was PERFECT! We had a lot of vendors coming in and a lot of moving parts that needed to come together for the day to be a success! Connie was able to communicate with them all, reached out to one I hadn’t heard from in a while, and even went above and beyond to call and confirm a few orders even the day before to make sure everything was set! I was able to let go of control, and trust that connie would bring it all to life! The day was perfect!!!! And i cannot thank Beautiful Crazy Coordinator enough for everything!!!!!”

“DJ Brandon was top tier. Seriously. I could not recommend him enough. We communicated with him over email and just once over FaceTime and he just absolutely nailed everything the day of. He was so dialed in with the music, he would literally be changing the keys of the songs to seamlessly flow into the next song and he never let a song play for too long. We had so many people on the dance floor and I was so shocked at just how many of my guests weeks later just continue to gush over how good he was. Also, even after my husband and I did our exit I heard there was a ton of people who got back on the dance floor which is exactly what we would have wanted! I literally never write reviews but I was compelled to write this because he was just THAT GOOD. Kind, hardworking, communicated well but didn't need too much from us the day of which is super helpful. Anytime I needed a quick change he was on it. He listens and his ability to read the room is unmatched. He also just always kept the energy up so much. If you ever need a DJ, please go with Brandon and Prestige. I wasn't sure how it would go but our wedding was nearly perfect in part because of Brandon. I am so thankful.”

We love this band and can't wait to hear them again! The band worked with us to learn songs that were special to us and it made our night so unique. They were able to set up before the party started and we used their speaker services during cocktail hour/dinner. The band is huge - so many talented artists and musicians and incredible range of vocals. People have not stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding. “I honestly thought the vision of an outdoor winter wedding was going to continue to just be a dream. So many people told us we were crazy and “good luck” because why on earth would we get married outside in the cold. It wasn’t until I brought this idea up to the Holly vault, and they immediately said “let’s do it!” The staff at this venue were out there until minutes before the ceremony blowing off snow from the chairs, putting salt down, and cranking the heat lamps. A huge shoutout to my coordinator Sam, and all the staff at this venue who worked their butts off to make this happen for us. Every single coordinator, server, bartender, and staff member at this venue worked so hard to make our day/night so special. We have recieved numerous comments on how impressed our guests were with the service provided and we just couldn’t be more thrilled. You will not regret going with The Holly Vault.”

She brought an assistant with her, and both of them arrived early (even though we started at 5:30am) & were very professional, and incredibly patient as we navigated through the morning. Even though I did two trials - one style with my hair down and another high updo, I ended up going with a traditional low bun last minute, and Kimberley nailed it! I had updated my hairstyle vision right before the trial (from half-up to a full updo) but kept the same boho inspiration — loose curls, braids, and soft crisscrossing texture. The trial missed the mark — the stylist didn’t curl my hair and only crimped the roots for volume, which gave more of an unfinished, 80s-style texture than the soft, romantic look I’d hoped for. It felt so incomplete that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out afterward. I shared my concerns with the office after the trial and re-sent my inspo photo before the wedding, but unfortunately, the day-of styling still didn’t align with my vision. The stylist ran behind, seemed a bit scattered, and the overall results leaned messy and poofy rather than textured and polished. My mom’s curls fell out within an hour (despite her sharing beforehand that her hair doesn’t hold curl well), so she had to have it redone and sadly missed me getting into my dress and a few special moments. My sister’s hairstyle also turned out very different from her inspo. Although my mother in law and sister’s styles turned out nicely, across the group all the styles had a similar “poof” shape that wasn’t reflective of what we’d shown. The team was kind, and the makeup was truly flawless, but I do wish the hair had reflected our inspiration more closely and felt cohesive and finished for such a special day.”
