As a flexible all-season, venue, our events and banquet teams specialize in vibrant spring weddings, lavish summer ceremonies, twilight autumn weddings and indoor winter weddings where up to 300 guests are warmed by a floor to ceiling fireplace. Each of our unique venue spaces has been designed to ensure a successful event by enjoying a variety of event styles and effortless entertaining with family and friends.

We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly, we began adding amenities to the property. In 2020 one of our daughters got engaged. As she began looking for a venue to host her wedding we came to realize that the perfect spot was right in front of us. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work to create a beautiful wedding venue. There are many opportunities on the property for one of a kind pictures. There are two picturesque options in front of the lake for the service and a new reception building that can seat up to 200 guests. With a 5 acre campus larger weddings can be accommodated with tent rental.

Our beautifully renovated historic timber-frame Barn Venue offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Adorned with bistro lighting and a cozy upper loft, the 38 x 80-foot barn is fully ADA-compliant and comfortably seats up to 150 guests, with accommodations available for up to 200.

Bay View Weddings at Gallagher Farms opened in the spring of 2019 as a premier wedding and events venue located in the beautiful and unforgettable Traverse City and Leelanau County, Michigan. Bay View Weddings offers a multitude of options to consider for your wedding day including a breathtaking view on our hill top overlooking Grand Traverse Bay, a wedding destination that overlooks miles of Leelanau and Grand Traverse Counties, a quaint and calm little pond for a beautiful small wedding ceremony, and orchard ceremonies that may include beautiful white blossoms in early spring and gorgeous red cherries during the summer. Located just minutes from Lake Michigan, The Barn at French Valley Vineyard is nestled among the grapes and cherry trees on 70 sprawling acres in the heart of Leelanau County. Set back from the road, The Barn at French Valley Vineyard feels remote and private, yet it’s just minutes from Traverse City, Leland, Suttons Bay, and the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Our fully restored, Amish-built centennial barn is idyllic and charming with seemingly endless 180-degree views of the rolling hills of French Valley and beyond from expansive second-story windows. Manicured lawns provide ample space for tents of all sizes to allow fine-tuning and customization to suit your vision.

Located in Frankfort, Michigan, Lake Bluff Preserve is an intimate and private setting where couples can hold their wedding celebrations. The preserve is host to numerous vacation homes, each offering its own unique charm and privacy. Overlooking Lake Michigan from the bluffs, the houses here provide an ideal perch for watching the sunset over the water. Wraparound decks and dune fire pits present as enjoyable gathering spots, enabling celebrations to extend into the outdoors. Just a mile away from downtown Frankfort, plenty of urban-based amenities are within a short distance.

Nestled by the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore on five wooded acres, this inn lies on the 27-mile non-motorized Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail. It's a 5-minute bike ride to the Dune Climb Trail and a 10-minute ride to Lake Michigan. The relaxed en suite rooms all feature wood-paneling and ceiling fans (all units have air-conditioning). There's free Wi-Fi and cable TV. All units feature microwaves, minifridges and coffeemakers. The Foxglove Farm aims to marry the beauty of the Leelanau Peninsula's natural elements with simplistic and modern design. The Garvey Barn is a beautifully restored centennial barn originally built in the late 1800’s . We are located in Williamsburg, Michigan close to Traverse City and Lake Michigan. The Barn has been lovingly restored by the Garvey family and is now home to weddings and special events. Its hand-hewn beams tie the Barn to its past while it’s dance floor quality flooring is unique in the region . Its meticulous reconstruction make it the most spectacular barn in the region . With capacity for 100+ guests, the venue features a furnished outdoor deck, for sunset views (included in the rental fee) and original artwork on display. Guest accommodations are abundant in the area including a hotel across the street from the venue. Tables and chairs are provided as part of the rental cost. Use of a professional kitchen for staging food and beverages is available for an additional fee.
